This place is such a gem - very close to airport but you feel like you are deep in nature. The price for what you receive is incredible - giant room, big balcony, wonderful staff. I only did a quick layover night, here but it exceeded my expectations. Airport transfer is easy to coordinate and professional (and all charged through hotel so no fuss with cash). Food was really excellent, and drinks were well made. I wish I had more time here to enjoy the property!

The facilities are amazing. Every detail was well looked after. Great views. The food was so tasty, Colombian breakfast was included in the price, and it was great. The cleanliness was great. Sonia looked after us, and she was amazing.

In one of the tents, the water from the shower took a couple of minutes to warm up.

We couldn't get breakfast this time so they arranged entrances the night before - patacones and empanadas, delicious and perfectly prepared. The place is beautiful with all the trees and fruits, the view and the fresh air. The room was perfect, the smell, the sound proof, the cleaning. We slept very well.

I think the toilet cover and towels were clean but a bit old. I wondered if excessive friendliness from staff could be perceived as too much by other nationalities.

The breakfast included was very good. The option and quantity was very satisfying. The view and the grounds are just what you need to escape the craziness of the city.

There is nothing to do. A bon fire at night with music would be cool or some recommendations for activties in the area.

Great location for an one night stay and is 5 minutes away from the airport. The entire place is beautiful but the view of the nature is incredibly gorgeous. The view at the restaurant is breathtaking. Room was a little small but comfortable. And the food is delicious.

The service at the restaurant was too slow, we waited one hour for our food. The waiter was kind but almost too relaxed. He forgot to take orders, forgot a Hatsu we ordered. Went away too long but he was very kind.

Great property and amazing location

Front desk staff male & female checking is with nasty attitude so because I have US passport I do qualify for tax exemption but he was so nasty trying to get the money any way so we paid money isn’t the issue for us but it was how they treat us making us feel we are short of money.

We stayed in both the Glamping tent and one of the main rooms. Both were great, but the Glamping really was a memorable experience! We even had a jacuzzi in the forest!!! We also LOVED the food - my wife is a very healthy eater and the food at TEVA was healthy and delicious. Even if you don’t stay here, it’s worth coming for the food!!

Too short of a stay - we could have stayed a week!

The food is very tasty and fresh. The try to make it the best possible experience for you. . We loved the fact that the property is not big so it is intimate and nice. Staff is very very nice and attentive. The view at the restaurant is the best! We had a nice stay at Teva.

We found hairs that didn't belong to us on the floor of the tent. The rest of the room was clean and tidy. Ether (tent where we stayed) was close to the road so it was noisy.

Very peaceful, excellent staff - special mention to Sonia! We ended up upgrading to the presidencial suite which was incredible with its own private space. Fire pit and jacuzzi - dinner was delicious.

Small gaps on the side of the French windows, was a little colder than expected during the night. Would be useful to have a cover for the jacuzzi as a lot of the leaves etc fall inside when not used.
