First of all at the Alhambra Thalasso I was very impressed by the staff. Everybody was so lovely and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. A big thank you to the manager Brahim, to Chaima and Laila from the reception and to Yassine for being so nice to me. A big thank you as well to Adel the maitre nageur, to Yassine the piscine waiter and to the housekeepers Zauba and Kawther for taking care of me. It's a very nice hotel with big rooms and very clean. The food was very good, enough options to pleased everybody. It's a very good value for money, I definitely recommend it.

Nothing to complain

I recently stayed in Hotel Alhambra Thalasso, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were truly amazing - from the warm and welcoming reception team to the attentive and friendly restaurant staff and the talented and professional spa therapists. The spa experience was a particular highlight, with a range of treatments that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The cleaning service was also top-notch, with my room spotless and refreshed daily. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the property. I would highly recommend Hotel Alhambra Thalasso to anyone looking for a great stay at a great price. The food was delicious, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were outstanding. Whether you're looking to relax, unwind, or explore the local area, this hotel has everything you need.

Very beautiful hotel which I recommend highly for a relaxing stay.Helpful, lovely staffs and an amazing thalasso very good treatments and massages . I was very happy and impressed with the Spa and treatments offered I believe one of the best in Hammamet I ever tried, shame they don’t want to accept anyone walking in after 4pm even if they seemed not busy as I would have loved to take advantage of more treatments. Room was very comfortable and clean, air conditioning was good.

Disappointed by the evening food buffet and service with no much choice and a bit pricey for what they offered. I would have like you to have a la carte restaurant rather than buffet as we booked a non inclusive stay. Unfortunately one of the restaurant staff was unhelpful, arrogant and rude to my elderly mother. That the only thing I can think of that was disappointing. Anything else was above and beyond expectations.

This is the 7th resort in 5 years in hammamet. My picky eater was obsessed with the food. The beds were incredible. The pool was smaller than many but perfect. The spa was the best thing ever, the salt water pool and hammam were to die for

It was not as updated as some of the resorts in hammamet, but it was definitely not run down like some of the resorts we have been to over the years.

Mostly everything! All The Staff, The Breakfast & Dinner Food, was fabulous, "Muhammed," my Waiter, My Room & Balcony, The Animation at Night , "Hoda" " The Beach Boys " Bilal" & " Edel" & "Anwar" The Room Cleaners ," Besma," & " Manel " Fabulous Pool, The Spa & Jacuzzi , The very Informative Receptionists, Brahim, & Bessem, Wonderful Decorations throughout the Hotel, theres even an Ancient Tuk Tuk to bring you to the Beach ! A 4 min. Walk! Wheres theres a Bar/ Restaurant, & Umberellas, Sun Beds!

,"The Public " area of the Beach , shamefully very dirty, some locals just leave all there waste food, beer cans, water bottles, behind when they leave! But all the Hotels clean there areas every morning ! The unnecessary RIP offs in the Local Markets , crazy overpriced goods, theres NO Control by the Local Council Authorities, be it in Markets, or Street Cleaning, appalling rubbish litter the roads from the Airport, to ones Resort! I rest my case ,

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful across all areas, reception, restaurant, beach, and parking. The rooms were spotless. Special thanks to Ms. Wafa for her outstanding hospitality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with top-notch service.

All went smoothly with no complications. I had to book last minute, came in late no hassles and the front clerk gave a room upgrade. I was well taken care of and the breakfast included was great also. Thank you

Fabulous hotel with a nice spa service. The colors are warm and match the Alhambra ambiance. The staff is amazing, very kind and attentive. The food is delicious, fresh and they have a great variety. The times we arrived last minute (or even too late) at the buffet they always made sure we had a chance to eat and didn’t made it uncomfortable at all.

Entertainment, very good Lively and near the ocean

If you have only half board, you don't get even at least a bottle of water for a couple at dinner time.

It was a gated hotel. I arrived in a rental vehicle so obviously, I had to locate my reservations to get past the sentry. So security is very tight. It was a short walk to the beach from the hotel. The breakfast (provided) was exceptional. The amount and quality of the food amazed me. Great coffee for the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The staff really didn't explain how to access some of the amenities like the fitness center. And, I didn't order any meal with my reservation so, at first, I felt like I was getting the "cold shoulder" from the receptionist at the reservation desk. Why do I think this? Because the receptionist made a comment about me not having a meal plan. I'm not sure if she expected me to add it in at that time? Maybe I'm mistaken though.
