The staff truly made a difference and were the highlight of my stay.

I’ve stayed at many 4 and 5-star all-inclusive hotels that cater to kids, so I had similar expectations for this one. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. For the price, the hotel feels quite old and hasn’t really been renovated. Also, despite being an all-inclusive hotel, only certain types of drinks are free in the canteen, which was surprising to me.

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach.

- Dinner buffet didn't include any kind of drinks, even plain water. - Show / music in entertainment could be loud until midnight, so, not a calm & quiet place. - Crowded. Not an actual practical problem, but so many guests compared to the space and facilities. So, there might be lines for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, or the main pool can get crowded, or pool benches with good spot can be taken very quickly if you're just a bit late.

Very good location, only 3 minutes to the beach on walk and cute streets. Food was perfect and the menu offers a lot! Staff is very nice and friendly. This is just a great place for vacation with kids. We will definitely come back in the future!

I really don’t understand the negative comments regarding noise. What do you expect in hotel with 7 floors full of children? Lol

Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Lifts, large outside pools and water slides. Play areas etc. Daily entertainment with enthusiastic team. Very helpful staff especially Anass on reception who listened and was very accommodating.

Nothing really. No surprises. Very little in variation in breakfast each day.

Hotel is very central but still in a quiet area. Parking is a bit difficult to find though hotel offers parking next door with a fee of 20€ per night.

The only draw back was the parking as stated above and the hotel charges 20€ per night for all the stay you cannot just opt to take it for 1 day.

We really enjoyed all the outdoor pools and slides that were available, there was also lots of entertainment on throughout the day and also in the evening, the rooms were really clean and staff very friendly.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like if im honest, everything was perfect!

Friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. Swimming pools. Breakfast with many options.

Coffee machine or kettle in the room or shared area. Could not control the room temperature that was always at 24 degrees. Slippery floor in the bathroom, my son fell and had some bad bruises.

All Animator crew was very fun, nice and helpful during the whole time and Cesar was the best. 5 star rating to the whole team.

Staff were always so helpful even though they were very busy all the time. Entertainment staff fantastic energy. Always something to do in or close to hotel. Breakfast choice extensive and quality on offer.

Checkin online option didn't really speed up process for checking in.

Nice family hotel, plenty of activities for kids, fabulous food for kids! Good location!

I was expecting better food for adults, was not much meat or fish for dinner.
