Very cute, great location, Florida vibes, clean and very well stocked with comfy bed. Pet friendly! Yay! Thank you so much for that and no extra charge for our very well behaved clean pups! Very grateful!

Nothing to do with the property itself really but at 12.30 at night some really delightful people decided to play pool in the common area right outside our door which we could hear very loudly from our room and went on until 2am really disturbing our sleep even with ear plugs in. I’m glad they didn’t decide to use the hot tub which was right outside our window. I don’t think these things should be allowed past 10-11 but that’s just me. I think the property did have quiet hours but hard to enforce when they aren’t on site.

3Gulls really exceeded my expectations. Having grown up in the area and still having family very local (in Ozona) I'm used to the very limited accommodations in North Pinellas when I visit. I had wavered on booking because I wasn't sure if this was more like an Airbnb/homestay type, but it's a proper inn. I had plenty of privacy, and my room was extremely spacious and clean, decorated in a tropical/Key West style. The staff I encountered were really nice and allowed me a late checkout which was very helpful. My dog who was traveling with me was also very comfortable, much more so than in a cramped hotel room. What really shines here is the location - you're in the heart of old Ozona, a little village out of time. At the end of the street is a pleasant little mini-park where the sun sets over St. Joseph's Sound and the spoil islands; go the other way and you hit the charming little main street of the village with restaurants, cafes, an old-fashioned post office, a pizza place that would fit into "Stranger Things", and more small town quirks. I highly recommend this as a jump off point to explore the area, and a charming little stopover with plenty of room to spread out.

Really nothing, this was a great stay and nothing was missing.

The property was nicely decorated in a Florida tropical design. Very clean. Our room number 5 was nicely appointed with a king bed, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, table/chairs, large tv with a door to the back patio with jacuzzi. Only 3 rooms so it was very quiet. The common area was very comfortable and had a pool table which added to the fun. Two washer/dryers. I wish we were staying longer. Walkable to several great restaurants. Beautiful sunset at the end of the street.

We liked everything about the property.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Also very accommodating to our dog with a nice walk down the road to some benches overlooking the bay. Area around it is very walkable with close by restaurants, gift shop and brewery.

Did not dislike anything.

Nothing affordable in Tarpon Springs so when we saw Pam's place nearby in Palm Harbor we though it was a good choice. We were wrong; IT WAS GREAT! Terrific updates throughout and everything we could hope for at this location. The atmosphere and close proximity to beachy-fun nightlife was perfect. I only wish we had booked a few more days. We do intend to come back!

Our stay was too short!

Oh, it was super cute. The pool table was entertaining. As an older table and very loud and the balls had a mind of their own.🤣

Swim spa was kind of dirty so we didn’t get to use it. It had a lot of tree debris in it but other than that we loved. I’d come back again.

The 3 Gulls Inn is an exceptional accommodation for people who are looking for something that is quiet and ideally located to everything. We also wanted to be independent from having to rely on restaurants for our meals so we booked the larger room with a fully equipped kitchen. This place did not dissappoint. The kitchen has everything that one needs including oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave and coffee machine. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Just across the street are three restaurants and an Antique Co-op shop. The restaurants serve hearty meals and have great friendly staff. There is live entertainment on occasion but not so loud that it disturbs your sleep.The area is very safe to take afternoon/evening strolls. If you run into one of the locals, they are happy to share the history of their community. The people are authentic and down to earth. All in all, a wonderful experience and the perfect location. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Pam and Elizabeth for making our visit to Palm Harbor a memorable one.

There was really nothing that dissappointed us but don't forget to bring along Insect repellent during the rainy season.

Cozy and quiet Close to our visiting location. The decor was great and cheerful.

Room door is a little stiff to shut tight. Heater in room is a little noisy while it runs.

Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and water front Marina. The island atmosphere was quaint with a full kitchen available. Great common area pool table, game tables and comfortable lobby area for reading and socializing.

Bathroom a little tight but very functional. Good size shower.

Our room was beautifully & tastefully decorated with all the home comforts you could require including breakfast & snack items. Personal service was exemplary. Ozona is a quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants.
