Loved the indoor pool! It was right up from our room! Coffee in the cupboard was awesome! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great service!! They even called me to let me know I forgot something.
Dishwasher didn't work...And we were on floor level of parking lot but window blinds did not close so there was literally no privacy at night. Tv was too small for the size of the room.

It was very comfortable. If I could get that kind of room, everywhere I went, I'd be very happy. No complaints here. I had a kitchenette and loved the room, I will stay again, for sure.
There was nothing to complain about,nothing was wrong. I, actually, was not expecting the rooms to be better than basic, but, they were.

The location right off the interstate is perfect. Despite being so close to the high traffic area, there was no street noise in the room. The gym had just enough equipment that I could get a workout in while taking advantage of the free guest laundry facilities. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.
The shower curtain in the tub was too short and when I would take a shower, water would get all over the floor outside of the tub. I let the staff know so they could lower the bar and fix the problem.

The suite had a small kitchenette with the basics you'd need for self-catering - e.g. a pot, a pan, two plates, a few cooking utensils. It was clean enough, and the bed was super comfortable!
There was no counter top in the bathroom for toiletries, just a few shelves directly above the toilet (ewww!).

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Great Location. Shopping center close by. Restaurants very close to hotel.

Check-in staff was phenomenal. She was super friendly and helpful, and you could tell she loved her job. The room was spacious, had all amenities, and the bed was comfortable.
We loved everything! No negatives at this place.

The water pressure in the room was great. There was also plenty of hot water.
There was no breakfast. There were no comfortable chairs or a sofa in the room

I did like that there was a kitchenette. And the gentleman at the front desk was excellent. He was very welcoming, extremely polite, and was a great face and smile to walk in to. He needs a raise.😁

The receptionist Danielle at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service skill. The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints. If ever in town again, we will stay here.

The room had some hard-use issues: the vent cover to the microwave fell off (had been taped in place previously) and the dishwasher was off kilter so I had to shift it over to close the door. Neither impeded the performance; this particular room just needs a little TLC
