Lovely big old building, bit of a corridor maze, but plenty of rooms, and outside coutroom. Rooms very spacious, plenty of room to manouver. Free parking for guests. Pleasant staff. Breakfast area was nicely layed out with a nice feel. Breakfast was basic food but perfectly satisfying. I like that you could just tick individual breakfast items on a list and hand it to the staff. I actually don't know why all hotels don't adopt this practice as it makes things so much easier and quicker and then you only get what you actually want and no waste. General area not great, but lovely riverside and park out front.

Only 2 plug sockets in a massive room and only one of them worked, which meant unplugging the kettle or tv to charge phone. Yet bizarrly there were random plug sockets in all the corridors. Again, massive room, but no mirror! except a tiny wooden one on the shelf. Plenty of wall space for a full length mirror! The shower was a bit puzzling, and once figured out, hard to turn the knob. 3 beds, but TV placed directly in front of an end one rather than in the middle so each could see it. Wierd lumpy pillows!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the river and the town centre. The system for gaining access is efficient and well thought out. Car parking is free. It was very good value.

We had a tap that dripped, a leak under the sink and the bath plug had a hole in it. There was no cupboard, only a rail with three hangers! A hair-dryer had to be requested from the reception.

Fully efficient single room on the first floor (101). At the end of a corridor, so quiet from about 9pm onwards. The hotel is right across the street from a river, good restaurants close by. Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable bed and bedding, good hot shower, everything in the room worked. Some communal areas are a bit dated, but for my travels this hotel was perfect. Good desk and comfortable chair to work from. If you need a hair dryer or iron/ironing board they have these at the front desk. Wifi was a bit slow, but worked okay for my needs.

Breakfast was adequate, and our room was a good size with adequate and comfortable bedding. as the weather was very hot we only required top sheets which were supplied on request. the hotel position was good for either going into Evesham, which was walking distance, or for driving to nearby places such as Pershore, Upton on Severnetc,

We were not advised that the hotel was not providing evening dining facilities until after we had booked and paid. As it happened there were a few ethnic restaurants only a short distance away, so as the weather was clement we managed the situation, but are normally accustomed to dining in the hotel of our choice.

The room was nice and at the back of the building. Clean and tidy with tea/coffee facilities. The building is really pretty although no longer open as a restaurant. The breakfast was nice and you ordered it fresh from the kitchen. The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Evesham. Parking is round the back of the hotel and you just enter your reg in at reception. Overall, it's a nice hotel and I would stay here again.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and could probably do with a new mattress. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open so I had to go out to eat elsewhere. Wifi is quite poor at the back of the building.

Great location and comfortable enough room and bed. Parking excellent - just must remember (as I did) to get your vehicle logged in to the system at reception asap. Good range of restaurants within a few minutes walk and we found a very nice Italian one just over the bridge.

Don't recall asking for a quiet room (but apprently did), but it wasn't very quiet. Bedroom window (kept open as was very warm/humid) looked out over the river, but between the hotel and the river is the B4035 Riverside road and this was pretty busy all evening, right up to the time when I finally got to sleep. And was busy again surprisingly early on Sunday morning. Not a major issue as we were leaving early anyway. Shame that the restaurant was not open and the 'annexed' pub/bar was also closed - suspect staffing issues as noticed the large "We're recuiting" (almost all roles) sign at thge hotel entrance. Staff who were there were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice room recently decorated. Well appointed spacious bathroom. Room was nicely furnished with a large bed and plenty of natural light. Lovelly furnishings and colour scheme. The hotel was pleasantly quiet in a peaceful location on the otherside of the river from the main town centre. Just a short 5min walk across the bridge in to the centre. Plenty of eateries nearby.

A lot of stairs to get to the room which was not advised when booking (allocated room was on 2nd floor). The bed although new was too hard for me unfortunately, woke up early due to being uncomfortable

The room was really big and the bathroom was massive, and they were both really clean. The staff was really accommodating and really lovely towards our baby boy - they brought a baby chair for him before we even asked for it and pen and colours to entertain him. Overall, I'm really pleased with the stay.

My only bit of constructive criticism would be to specify on the website that the cot can only be requested for the accessible room (which is more expensive than the standard room) - so that families can plan accordingly before booking.

well appointed easy to get to town easy parking staff were helpful cleaning staff were very nice

our room looked over the front of hotel and Avon canal which was nice however as it was also main road to Pershaw and Worcester this was very noisy late at night and early morning, should I stay again will request a room at the back of hotel. They are refurbishing some areas and the bar and eating place for evenings was unavailable during our stay which was inconvenient,

Good location. Very good room and bathroom with both shower and bath. Comfy mattress. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Also easy parking and attractive peacefull courtyard garden.

Could do with a grabber in the shower. Currently no food available apart from breakfast. It might be worth considering offering a mini snack menu e.g.soup french bread and cheese and prawn cocktail for later in the day.
