Great value for money - for such a cheap room for a night I was expecting very little, but we entered our room late at night with the heater having been left on for us, sheets and pillows were high motel standard which is far better than I was expecting. Bedding not luxurious but would be totally fine for a few nights, we only stayed one. I accidentally left my glasses in the room and the staff were wonderful in tracking them down and posting them to me!

Shared toilet block was pretty cursed and freezing, I wouldn't want to shower in the bathroom, given its age it's hard to get to a super clean standard so I don't blame the staff but you do get what you pay for when it comes to facilities.

We stayed in the dorms, and they were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The walls were quite thin, so you could here everyones alarms going off in the morning getting ready for their snow trip which we thought was funny! Check-in was easy, as the information was sent to us ahead of time. Was an easy stay for just one night. We needed use any of the amenities as we arrived late and left very early in the morning. We just needed the bed to sleep!

-The property was well-maintained, family-friendly, and conveniently located near scenic attractions. - The pool and play area were a lot of fun for my kids.

A sliding door for the kids’ room would’ve been much better since the swing door took up half the space and one of the beds ended up behind it. ( We couldn’t close the door because we needed cool air to come into the room, and both of my kids were sleeping on the bottom part of the bunk bed).

Loved how easy it was to find our cabin, we were sent a map via email with clear instructions. The cabin was so neat, clean and cute! It was pre heated for us kindly and the beds were soft, warm and I slept like a baby! Tea, coffee & milk provided with all things for cooking. Plenty of soft towels. Highly recommend and I’ll come stay again. We loved it!

Nothing, it was awesome.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Compact, but with enough distance between each bungalow to provide privacy. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom with instant hot water and good pressure (probably not critical, but was a good change from our last accommodation). It was only a single night stay and out of season, so we didn’t get to use any other facilities.

We had a wonderful stay! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The playground kept the kids entertained for hours, and they loved riding the bikes around the park. It was also great that we could bring our dog along, which made the trip even more enjoyable for the whole family.

Location was perfect and cabin was very good, clean and with all amenities, especially full scale kitchen.

Not having internet-Wifi, or Netflix was bit of set back for kids but then again on the positive side, it gave us good tech detox. Wife facility should be thought through though.

The cabin was nice and roomy, comfy beds too. The heating decided to have a melt down but the manager did everything he could to fix it. Even got an electrician in at night but it was cactus. The manager brought us several oil heaters to keep us warm so all good.

Amazing communication from the staff via email. Easy check in and check out. The tree top beds were comfy. Heater was turned on. Just what I needed for a quick overnight before heading up the mountain.

Bit awkward having to walk downstairs for the toilet. Walls were thin. The snoring vibrates through the walls from fellow guests. Being fussy here..but for me pillows were too soft.

Cabin was clean and everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water. Liked being a short distance from Bright, nice and quiet, but close enough to easily drive to restaurants etc. Good communication by the owners on our day of arrival, checking in was a breeze. We were also able to check out an hour later than normal which was great 😃
