-The property was well-maintained, family-friendly, and conveniently located near scenic attractions. - The pool and play area were a lot of fun for my kids.

A sliding door for the kids’ room would’ve been much better since the swing door took up half the space and one of the beds ended up behind it. ( We couldn’t close the door because we needed cool air to come into the room, and both of my kids were sleeping on the bottom part of the bunk bed).

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Compact, but with enough distance between each bungalow to provide privacy. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom with instant hot water and good pressure (probably not critical, but was a good change from our last accommodation). It was only a single night stay and out of season, so we didn’t get to use any other facilities.

Amazing communication from the staff via email. Easy check in and check out. The tree top beds were comfy. Heater was turned on. Just what I needed for a quick overnight before heading up the mountain.

Bit awkward having to walk downstairs for the toilet. Walls were thin. The snoring vibrates through the walls from fellow guests. Being fussy here..but for me pillows were too soft.

Location was perfect and cabin was very good, clean and with all amenities, especially full scale kitchen.

Not having internet-Wifi, or Netflix was bit of set back for kids but then again on the positive side, it gave us good tech detox. Wife facility should be thought through though.

Cabin was clean and everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water. Liked being a short distance from Bright, nice and quiet, but close enough to easily drive to restaurants etc. Good communication by the owners on our day of arrival, checking in was a breeze. We were also able to check out an hour later than normal which was great 😃

Loved how it was just out of town and the hustle bustle of Christmas period.

No tv in the bedrooms in cabin. And aircon didn't reach back main room really hot nights. Otherwise loved our 8nights stay.

I love the location. It was beautiful being surrounded by tall trees and mountains. Very picturesque and quiet. The cabins were clean and they had all the bedding and towels required. The cabin had all the cooking equipment which came in useful. We were also lucky to have beautiful weather and the kids went for a swim in the pool.

Good location out of Bright. Front cabins are very close to the road so quite noisy especially when motorbikes pass. Otherwise cabin was great. Comfortable, clean and well equipped for a quick stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Was easy to find cabin was a fair size for the price. Key was left in door so didn’t have to chase it up when we arrived

Cabin was close to the road so alot of traffic noise. After reading reviews about the water we took bottles to boil for coffee unfortunately the kettle and pots are tainted and left a really bad tasting coffee. There was a inside games room on the website but we walked around and couldn’t find it.

I couldn’t work the oven and no storage for cereals etc I forgot three boxes of cereal that I popped in the cupboard where the bowls were a fan in main bedroom would’ve been appreciated however I survived the heat
