The room was very clean, smelled great, loved the shampoo and conditioner. Staff were great!

The pool had such a strong smell of chlorine that it burned your eyes just standing in there. My grandson actually had burns where his swimming suit rubbed his side. The doctor said it was caused from the chemicals in the pool. Also, someone should go in and check on the pool area from time to time. There were children playing with the life reserves and had the long ropes attached to them and had them strung across the pool. It would have been very easy for someone to get that wrapped around their neck and drowned. Several times children were not accompanied by adults.

I loved the vast variety of food options at the front desk. I loved the view from our room it was amazing. I really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. My wife enjoyed the provided shampoo and conditioner a little too much, so I get to look those scents up now.

There was nothing I didn't like about the place. The only mildly entertaining thing that happened was we couldn't play with the TV because the remote didn't work. We used it as a very romantic nightlight, and my wife got a bit of a big head because it was her name on the welcome.

The room is clean and comfortable but a little on the small size. Nice newer hotel with a nice workout room and pool. The hot breakfast was yummy. The hotel is in a great location on the river within walking distance of several restaurants. The room we were in was on the third floor and had a nice river view. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Property is right along the Snake River and was nice during the day light hours. The rooms were large and the lobby was clean. Never stayed at a TRU before.

Breakfast ends too early at this location and that is unfortunate. Also, the Hilton app Key Card didn't work . Once I go to my door the key card wouldn't activate and the front desk help said that is that is what usually happened.

The location of the hotel was conveniently close to the river side and and in front of it there is a free parking, private for hotel guests. The room was nice and modern with a big shower and very nice shower cream and shampoo. The breakfast was also good with pancakes that could be freshly made by the guests and some other nice options such as egg omelets, available fresh for the guests. The bread was not at its greatest quality and seemed of the day before. However, overall we had quite a nice experience and we would recommend it!

The staff was very helpful. We left home with nothing. Totally impromptu stay. They gave us a toothbrush and toothpaste and a comb! Very much appreciated! Also the pool was nice! I love that the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were in refillable bottles!

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was still good.

The facilities were extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. After our flight was canceled, we needed to stay an extra night and booked this hotel site unseen. We couldn't have been happier. The breakfast was served until 10 am and the selections were amazing. The front desk also has snacks, beverages, & microwavable items to purchase for a small fee. The pool table was an unexpected bonus!

Everything exceeded our expectations!

Clean lines with a modern simplistic look. Bathroom design is exceptional. Shampoo,conditioner and body lotion top drawer. Loved the giant hooks for jackets. Breakfast bar was great

Wifi was poor. Did not appreciate an up charge to get a stronger signal. As the room is smaller it is a bit tight with a king bed. We kept hitting the bed frame. The corners should be rounded .

The breakfast was delish both mornings that we were there. Location is wonderful. Wish there weren’t so many trees so the view of the river is better (not your fault). The pool water could be NOT soooooo cold. The staff were awesome…. Even though many of them had to work Thanksgiving day- they still had a good attitude.

The size of the room was very small. Didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave. I understand why…. But not everyone likes hanging out in the lobby area & have to keep going to the lobby in order to use the microwave.

Tru appears to be very new. The room was clean with new decor. The front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. There is walking trails to the beautiful Idaho River and the view from my room was exceptional. Very nice place to stay. I will stay there again.

I wish there was a freezer compartment in the refrigerator.
