I like that it was so close to the airport, especially when you have a 6 AM flight out

I didn’t like the price because we got there around 7:30 PM and we left at 3:30 AM! We also had to get up at 2 AM and it took several hours for the front desk to change our room because we had a metal banging noise outside our window and we were on the third floor and couldn’t figure out what the sound was so maintenance come up and said yes there is a noise. It took them a while to give us another room so we did lose sleep was a little annoyed by that.

I left before the hot breakfast was out, but it was a beautiful and spacious set up to eat and the variety for the continental breakfast was great. It is so close to the airport that it made it so much easier for me to catch the early flight and the shuttle service was on time, friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and had a great modern style shower. I would definitely book this again even if I wasn't flying out anywhere, but just wanted to stay in the city. I liked how the shampoo and lotions were provided.

I don't know if there was supposed to be hairdryer in the room; there was an empty bag on the back of the door, but I had my own. There were no shower caps there, but I had my own as well.

The room was bigger than expected, with a comfortable king bed and a pull out sofa (great for travelling with children). It is close to the airport with ample parking. We ordered from the restaurant next door (The Rock) which had delicious food! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We also took advantage of the indoor pool that everyone enjoyed. We would stay here again!

We travelled by plane and the arrival was close to midnight so we wanted a place as close to the airport as possible. Holiday Inn was 1 min of shuttle ride away from the airport and the price was reasonable. Room was nice and tidy. Best part was the complimentary buffet breakfast… good selection of food and beverages.

If some slippers are provided it would be great (may be we missed them… it was late).

Very helpful even when my plane was very delayed leading to a after 2am arrival I did not use it as a base as I was meeting others elsewhere the next day so unable to comment on location for access to town etc

Just be aware that Uber app won’t let you be picked up from the hotel. It keeps resetting to the airport pick up zone 15 min walk away. For me, the very helpful staff got me a taxi instead

The staff were very accommodating. And our flight was scheduled to depart before the hot breakfast was available, but they had a continental breakfast setup available starting at 03:00. We chose the location due to the early flight and the hotel's proximity to the airport (walking distance). We were pleasantly surprised that they had a free airport shuttle that ran all hours.

We arrived late and had to leave in the middle of the night and get the shuttle over to the airport. Everything went very fast and efficiently . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really loved the fact that we could get a cup of tea and some toast at 3:00 am before flying out. We had a wonderful stay as short as it was. Thank you !!

Breakfast was great... always appreciate the privilege of getting out of bed and heading down for breakfast versus having to locate and navigate getting to food off site. Awesome job keeping the breakfast area cleaned and stocked.

This trip the pancake machine was not functioning... but hey there were many other options. I just happen to love the pancakes that come of these machines. P.S. no hard feelings on my end... loved my breakfast and stay either way.

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and kids. They all loved the experience. Facilities were clean and room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was fresh and satisfying. There was access to coffee and tea 24x7 in the lobby. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely. Easily allowed us a late checkout. Very happy.

I did not like the fact that the price of the room was increased by so much. I felt like I was gauged. And the fact that my friend stayed in the same hotel paid a fraction of the price. When I asked about it , she said that there was nothing she could do even though I worked for the government.
