The staff is absolutely wonderful, so friendly and willing to help. Our room was huge (even for being the standard size), clean and cool, with a large bathroom was well. The hotel is in a very quiet location so perfect to relax and unwind, though this might change once the area gets more build up. We had an excellent experience in the spa with a wonderful Swedish massage. The food and drinks were excellent as well, we had lunch at the pool and dinner at the St. Regis Bar.

We weren’t given much information about the spa and the restaurants when we arrived. There were allegedly four different restaurants, but when we went looking around during their hours of operation all the doors were closed. Even in the evening we initially thought only the bar was open. We later found that at least some of the other restaurants were also open as someone was sitting outside of one of them, but it didn’t seem they were eager to get guests to eat at them. Maybe because the whole hotel was quite empty? There was a wedding and some of the guests were quite rowdy in the spa, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. The staff did try to get them to be quiet.

Everything was above my expectations, the staff ( I can't mention a name) because all of them were really nice and friendly, the food there is delicious we tried the breakfast buffet which has variety of choices, room service food was excellent and Al Khedewy restaurant which is Egyptian cuisine. If you are going for relaxation this is the right place, you don't need to go out of the hotel and soon the Plaza will be open and am sure there will be many shops which will open inside.

About the hotel there is nothing Ican say I didnt like it, but I wished if the Plaza was open, the hotel area is new and under construction, and am sure that soon the city will be awesome.

Everything was great, the architecture itself is beautiful and the interior is very luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly, nice and professional. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing, the pool is big and nice and they also have a pool with waves resembling an artificial sea 🌊 I am so impressed by the staff, especially Ahmed at the reception, Hatem and Marwan they were so kind to us! They arranged a wonderful Nile cruise for us that we enjoyed a lot!they arranged also a visit to the new big museum, and to the sound and light show at the Pyramids! The staff at the pool were also wonderful I would definitely come back again, sending all the staff all my respect 🌻

The location is far from the attractions, there is no beauty salon as described, and there is no gift shop

The hotel was very spacious and quiet. Very attentive staff and warm welcome. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was close to the indoor pool in the club house. Both indoor and outdoor pool heated and well maintained. Spa and gym were also equipped well. Food at breakfast was a wide variety of choices and service was good. Both restaurants were open and served a good range of specialty foods Italian and Egyptian. We ate in both twice. For the quality of service, rooms and food this hotel is great value for money and I would recommend.

Rooms were serviced and cleaned very late in the day.

The hotel is fancy hotel and its good for someone who wants a quite place and good for a person who will not leave the hotel location during his stay

The location of the hotel is far from everything so no services near by the hotel no mall no shops no supermarkets. The hotel area is a new area which i believe it will take years untill they complete the infrastructure so it wiuld be so booring and i prefer a hotel neay by everything

The Staff were exceptional. Especially the two young gentlemen on the reception desk and also the restaurant staff. The pools, gym and, spa were also very well equipped and presented. The rooms were nicely furnished.

My only criticism was that when I was having breakfast, the waiter randomly brought over the check to pay as soon as I seated for the second time (Buffet breakfast), I obviously ignored this and continued to eat, but then when I sat down with my dessert, I had only had one mouthful when he came over again with the card machine to pay. It was not at the end of breakfast and I had never experienced that before in my life, of course I politely pointed out that I am currently eating, and paid when I was done with the usual pleasantries.

Great rooms, lovely breakfast - location not so great - but who cares when you stay in such a nice hotel. Really enjoyed the experience, the friendly staff and the good service. The restaurants are well-priced with super quality, really enjoyed every bite.

Wished more people will come to that hotel. It was under-occupied for such a great hotel. The hotel is so spacious, may be some more Golf carts to move people around.

Fabulous new property with very attentive and customer oriented staff. The rooms were spacious, huge breakfast spread and a range of facilities including a gym, a spa and sports fields. Huge outdoor pool and indoor one too for the winter season and an artificial beach. Great Italian restaurant also on location. So an excellent place to spend a few days just relaxing. And their butler service is exceptional. Moheb from their butler service was very attentive and did many special touches to make our stay even more perfect.

Nothing. It perfect. The only issue with the property is that it’s in New Cairo, so it’s far away from the main city and its attractions so will take you around an hour to get there, but if you’re looking for a relaxing, isolated vacation, it’s perfect. And there is a large open air mall and cinema too just 25 mins away.

Great new facilities, spacious rooms with everything one might need. Overall, excellent service and very enjoyable experience. The hotel has a nice spa and two big pools, also a big space for nice walks in the evenings. The staff is is very professional and helpful (breakfast staff and a bartender Bassem were especially attentive and made our experience even better with their great service and very pleasant interaction). After booking our 6 days stay we decided to come back as the place was the best we saw in Egypt, including a very nice Egyptian restaurant in the premises.

The drive to the city is a bit long but given the noise that Cairo centre can bring, it was nice to have calm and spacious place to come back in the evenings.

Staff were friendly and very helpful especially the concierge Hatem. Quiet location. In a few years the location could be amazing. Both restaurants were good and food reasonably priced. Room was nice size and nice decor. Beds very comfy nice bedding and nice big towels, robes and slippers. Large dressing area with full length mirror. Bath was big and good shower.

Bathrooms needs better maintenance, especially grouting on floor tiles. Utopia Spa hot tub poorly maintained with broken bits and not as clean as it could be. The main spa and games room are odd and isolated. Not very inviting. Booking massage was not easy. Limited availability. This hotel lacks ambience. Big empty spaces that lack soul. Breakfast was ok but could be improved with choices of eggs cooked to order. Coffee and tea machine needed not cheap plastic thermos jugs with horrible coffee. I expect more from 5 star. Drinks/ food service by pool is expected but only available on request at reception as no bar staff patrol the pool. No gift shop.
