The hotel is amazing, the space, the rooms, the walking track. I had a great stay. My room was super spacious (I upgraded for a fee because I wanted an early check in). The restaurants offer great food choices, the rooms offer good privacy, the pool area is big and a lovely place to relax and the bar offers beautiful views of the golf course. If you're looking for a luxury stay in Cairo, this is it. I also requested a late check out and they accommodated me until 2pm.

A little far but that was not a negative really as I enjoyed the quiet. This is just a note for those who may want to be closer to museums and other attractions

the room size was big that helped me to do my weeding day preparation makeup & hair. the staff is really nice and frendily. the room view was manifecent. its good for relaxtion and destressing.

It remains for the many years I visit a reoccurring issue that the staff in especially the bar is slow, and across the hotel hesitant to tell you when they don’t understand you (which can happen) resulting in many issues with orders of food, drinks or service questions for the room, which management than need to “repair” again with apologies and gestures

The hair salon was ok not great. The egg station at the breakfast buffet was great other than that the dishes don't change, didn't like the variety and doesn't look appetizing. Dine in food was not good at all. Stay there but eat out.

The place is cozy and family friendly, the staff were very welcoming and professional, you can easily feel comfortable and enjoy your own personal space. It was my wife's birthday and we found a nice surprise when we entered the room, it was a lovely gesture. The room is spacious and I loved the terrace. We will definitely come back.

- The Room MiniBar was Empty. - Paloma Restaurant is average. - There was a Huge Bug in the bathroom. Annoying but we dealt with it. - We were put in a room next to a room that was used by a Bride. In the morning it was very noisy and they had TENS of friends coming by. Which was noisy as well as awkward when coming in and out the room. Thankfully they were more not very noisy at night otherwise I would have demanded a different room on the spot. It’s annoying that the hotel didn’t try to put us in a different room given that the hotel wasn’t at full capacity

The staff were all amazing, the facilities, the management, everything were so amazing and am assured that hotel will be my permanent place for all my up coming visits. I would like to give a special thanks for the staff who really empressed me during my stay : 1) Mr. ABDELFATAH The manager over there he has offered me with a great rate and my stay were unforgettable because of him. 2) Mr. Mark and Mr. ESLAM the front desk officers , very well trained and very polite and professional. 3) Mr. SAMEH the concergue manager his quick response and helpfull way went beyond my expectations. 4) Mr..Mustafa yonis the housekeeping Manager , his daily check up and follow up In personal gave an amazing feeling . 5) Mr. MOHAMED SAMEER the good and most polite staff that work hard , fast and in silence... All over all big thank for all the staff and I hope this place will sustain as it is.

The room was extremely large, furniture is new and modern very sleek. There's a large balcony attached to the room and a very nice big bathroom as well. Staff is very nice and professional they were also super quick to help whenever we called. Super Super clean even the reception smells fresh.

The only thing to keep in mind when booking a hotel in New Cairo or the 5th settlement is that it is not close to the popular Egypt attractions. I wouldn't say I did not like the hotel for this as I wanted to stay in this part of town but it is something to keep in mind considering the traffic in Egypt and the long distances you'll drive.

We were on one of the suits. Very Spacious. Exiquisite taste and furnishin. Amazing bathroom. great view at the pool. Good wi-fi. Overall it was a very pleasent experience.

The club car drivers drive too fast, whcih could be annoying on a cold day.
