Went to sport base location in the cirty, this was nearby at the corner. Parking possible by the hotel, but also on the street huge parking lot in 50m. A small store is next to it directly to buy basic things. Personal was extra kind and helpful! World class breakfast, one of the best I had last times… internet working fast and stable. Small bathroom but at least with window. Cleanliness superb!

Bed could have been better, but was okey. Two kind of pillows were compensating the experience :) Window was not sealed well, street noise was in the room also audible unfortunately, but still okey..

The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing. First morning, when we arrived, there were no eggs, and the lady in the kitchen didn’t refill them, even though she saw that we were there, and breakfast lasted at least another 45 minutes. On the second evening, we arrived late and rang the doorbell because the door was locked, but no one answered. I also called the number posted on the door, but it went to voicemail. After another 15 minutes, I called again, and finally, someone answered.

The service was implacable. 11 out of 10 for the receptionist that checked me in in the evening. He was very attentive, very polite, and offered me help for everything I needed. He truly is an asset to the company. The location is good, very close to the Autogară Normandia. Breakfast was quite complete. After check out they kept mu luggage after late in the evening, which was very helpful. The room was very clean (although not very modern) and quite big.

Was a clean room with good facilities. First day a nice stuff at the reception.

My room was smaller then regular rooms but at the same price. Very dark, unusually small window. No cleaning on my stay. The breakfast is not healthy and not vegetarian friendly. Abundant but heavy and mixed with meat. They are puting meat in almost everything and over cheese and in the same space with eggs. Very ugly fried eggs. A lot of things not for breakfast but more appetizers style. As vegetables just tomatoes and cucumbers. Too bad for the good cheese they have and for the good coffee. First day I ask for a simple omelette and i get a perfect one. next days was overcooked. Sunday morning the stuff was pretty egressive with me and my colleague because we come at the breakfast at 9.30 since we was informed is till 10.00am. Really ugly way to start a day.

Bad mattress unfortunately

The room and its size. The bed was very comfy and the towels changed upon request.

The hotel is located next to a very busy street, with a lot of traffic and it was very loud at moments, which was quite a downside.

All the the staff we met were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was simply great, the eggs were so perfect, maybe the best cooked in my 50 years of travelling - all over the World. So big applause for the breakfast cook! Elevator is a good tool. The room has a good size

Normal accommodation, nothing to remember (good or bad)

compared with the last time I stayed here the breakfast was visible less diversified, I would say this time it was at the border towards bad/poor

Taking into account I had an early flight, I had to announce an early check out, with breakfast to Go. My mistake was not announcing when i made the reservation, because at 6Pm (when i arrived) it was apparently too late. After some insisting with the front desk, she reluctantly agreed to prepare a Light Snack for the morning. In rest, all good
