During our visit, it was my partner’s birthday, and the hotel team - especially tow pretty ladies Switey and Amisha - went above and beyond to help me plan a small surprise. Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm service created a truly memorable experience for us. We felt genuinely cared for, and it made our stay even more meaningful. Beyond that, the hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel Chino is a very comfortable, central stay in Pokhara. The hotel is probably on the best street in town, very close to everything. Every room has a balcony where you can admire the beautiful Phewa Lake and the rooms are spacious. The property offers breakfast each morning and also has a nice lunch and dinner menu — I was impressed by the quality and presentation of the food, and it is great value. They can also arrange tours around Pokhara.

If you're a light sleeper, it's a good idea to bring earplugs because there is a bar nearby that plays music in the evenings.

The hotel is new and modern, featuring an elevator that greatly aids with mobility. Its location is very strategic, just a minute away from the lake, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful, providing information and assisting with booking transport and trips. The room was bright and well-lit, with hot water available 24/7 and strong WiFi. The hotel also have lovely rooftop and my room have a small balcony facing the lake which I really like. Breakfast was simple but delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave me a souvenir upon my departure.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste, as I prefer softer beds. The room wasn't soundproof, and I could hear faint noise from a nearby restaurant. This wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for others. My only real problem was the noisy guests who kept banging doors frequently and screaming kids. But of course this is not because of the hotel management.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! I bet it is the best one in Pokhara, and it has a yard for parking, which is rare among the lakeside ones. So close to the Fewa Lake, I can enjoy the lake view from my room. Also, it takes only 3-5 minutes to walk to the Lakeside! Kayak stores are just next to the hotel. Besides, don't concern that you need to pay the WiFi! They are offering fast and free WiFi both in the hallway and at the specific room, which is different from the description on the website but is a good one. The room is cozy and clean, and you can get the all the necessary help from the staff-- they are kind and friendly. The price is really worth it! Highly recommended.

The only concern is that as it is too close to the lakeside, there is some music noise during evening time and night. But it is not the fault of the hotel, and is kind of the price you need to pay to get close to the lakeside. I usually travel with my own earplugs, and with them actually I did not suffer from the noise.

The hotel is located very near to the Pokhara lake and also to the most happening street in Pokhara. It's location from the airport is around 20 mins by taxi. The hotel is relatively new, only been in service for the last 2 years or so. We were very cordially greeted by the reception staff upon our arrival with a welcome drink. All the rooms have a lake view from the balcony. We found the rooms to be spacious, the bathroom clean and the bedding were neat. The breakfast options are: continental and Indian. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive. You could very well spend the day sitting in the balcony overlooking the lake. Our stay was fantastic and we hope to return soon.

Perfectly located hotel to Lakeside and also main street shopping and eating. The hotel staff were very friendly and looked after my gear while I went trekking. Friendly upon my return and daily chats with the hotel manager. The chef gets it, staff got to know my breakfast order over the 10 nights I stayed there. Both my rooms had lake and mountain views. My first room 406 was super spacious Second room 404 had a very comfy bed so this was my preferred room. Both had balconies. 404 got all day Sun, perfect in winter. Housekeeping were very happy to refresh my room upon request and clean towels or new tissue was never an issue. All staff worked their best to keep guests happy and it was evident in their love for the job and the pristine state of the hotel.

Unfortunately the alcohol shops below and disco kept music going til very late which is why I swapped hotel sides to 404. To be fair, any hotel in lakeside has this problem. Using my LOOP ear plugs really cut this out for a good night's sleep.

The staff of Hotel Chino Pokhara was outstanding. They greeted us with great kindness and respect. We received an upgrade to a larger room, with an amazing view due to the fact that we looked exhausted and we've had a crazy busride behind us, I'm assuming. At breakfast they asked us which kind of coffee we'd like and how we'd like our eggs, which I thought was a nice personal touch. The Hotel is located in the midst of Pokhara, near the lakeside path. An absolute recommendation!

The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which makes the entire floor wet. A little inconvenient, but nothing out of the ordinary either for this region.

Clean comfortable hotel. Staff is super friendly and could not do enough for you. The management was on site and engaged, front desk always helpful and got my laundry taken care of for me which was great, breakfast staff attentive, housekeeping thorough and friendly. Room was spacious and had a balcony which was wonderful. Another outdoor space on roof deck to sit and enjoy the views. In a convienent location in Pokhara - walking distance to everywhere. off the main drag so a little bit quieter at times

The town seems to be party central so there was lots of great bands playing and music. Could hear in room until a certain time at night but then stopped. Friday nights are a bit brutal with partying all night but I think the whole town because I left at 0400 and there were people littering the streets. Not a fault of the hotel and I think everywhere suffers.
