the guy at the fromt desk when we arrived did not provide any information about rooms , breakfast , he was busy with sometjing else and did not care about our artival. We enter in the elevator looking for our room and tje room was at the ground floor , we had to ho back to the front desk. Also, I booked 2 rooms he didn't advise which room had 2 beda and which had 1 bed even when I asked he just gave me the keys and didn't care. The lady with red hair in the morrning she was tbe opposite, she was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast with all you may want. Most receptionists speak good English; very prompt reply via Booking messenger, eager to help. Close to the international airport.

No clear instructions given on transfer from the airport to the hotel. If you order transfers via hotel, be aware that the manager of the transportation company is standing at specific exit (14) and does not not hold a sign with your name, just the transportation company name. You need to ask if they have an order under your name. The hotel representative didn’t provide these details, which caused us a lot of trouble.

Location, cleanliness and room amenities all very good.Value for money overall. Lovely and helpful front desk staff with one exception

The choice of food in the restaurant was bland and definitely not up to the expectations. No Turkish classic dishes which we found quite unusual. Also weird no-alcohol policy so you couldn't order a glass of wine or a bottle of beer for dinner. Restaurant staff totally helpful and professional though.

We stayed here for about twelve hours in between flights at IST. The beds are good, it's an easy taxi ride to and from the airport. Hotel restaurant was also good and kids liked their options as did I.

Nothing around. This is in a new part of Arnavutkoy and it's on a busy road so your only option is to eat at the hotel. Next time I would choose a hotel more central to Arnavutkoy where there are more options for where to eat and some choice to walk around.

we are regular at this hotel and one of the greatest thing about this hotel is staff. Special thanks to Rabia(frontdesk agent). She warmly welcomed and checked us. bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. sometimes dental kit or slippers can be missing but if you call reception they provide them right away.

we skip breakfast bcuz it's not that good and fresh compare to our other stays.

Close to airport, easy to find. Room service was wonderful. Even at 2 AM on New Years night they were working and served wonderfully made meals for us. All staff is very welcoming and helpful. Also - good value for money.

Breakfast was quite poor. Main issue we've had with lack of bathroom cleaning and constantly clogging shower.

Great stay. professional service, very clean. I would def stay here again! Approx 15min from airport, use taxi drivers upstairs, drivers at bottom arrival are scammers.

If you organize taxi ride the cost is more, my advice to all use a driver from upstairs lot of airport.

It says indoor pool.. the pool has nothing to do with hotel, it's separate to the hotel and they charge. It should be clearer when booking

The building is well designed. It has great facilities, and it is located in short distance to the airport.

The restaurant is not operating at late hours, and there are no other restaurants nearby. In short, we cannot get our dinner during our stay here.

Lovely hotel, new, comfortable, and clean.

Slightly difficult to get to by public transport, and airport shuttle extremely pricey - better to just get a cab.
