It is central, close to lots of shops and restaurants, amazing staff, and the bus to the airport that runs 24/7 is literally 150m down a slight slope. The staff was amazing: we lost our key card and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Ershin. We can fully recommend this hotel to anyone needing a lovely place to stay as close as possible to Istanbul International Airport. It is easily accessible via the H-6 bus from the airport and via the metro- look for the Arnavutkoy-Hastane stop which is the last stop on the M11 Istanbul Metro line that connects the new airport to the city centre.

Im glad I chose this hotel. Special thanks to Burak at frontdesck. He was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also booked the roundtrip airport shuttle service for an additional cost, and it was well worth it as I was traveling alone with three suitcases. The hotel sent me detailed instructions via WhatsApp, including the time, meeting location, and the name and the photo of the person who would greet me at the airport. It gave me peace of mind before my flight. The shuttle driver loaded all my luggage into the vehicle, which was very helpful. During check-in, a staff member brought my bags to my room, and the next morning, he even came up to help me with them again when I was checking out. I don’t know his name but I really appreciated it. Thank you! I booked Standard Single Room, it wasn’t spacious, but it was fine with me. I got everything I was looking for. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The bed and towels were clean, and the room itself looked fresh and recently renovated. The bathroom also appeared nice and clean. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant, so you don’t have to worry about finding the food. I initially thought I’d be too tired after my flight and would just eat at the hotel. But since my trip from the airport went smoothly and it was still the middle of the day I decided to explore the area a bit. Just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, there’s a shopping mall with a food court on the top floor, offering a variety of dining options to choose from. At the foodcourt they accepted my Visa card with no issues. I know that Visa is accepted everywhere but still I was a little worry as I didn’t have any Turkish lira with me. The breakfast in the morning was nice and one of the reasons I chose this hotel. They offer a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience—I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was overshadowed by several negative aspects. • One of the front desk staff members was extremely rude, which significantly affected my overall impression of the service. • The breakfasts were quite poor — even by general hotel standards, and especially disappointing for Turkey. • There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was very unpleasant. • The bathroom was old and clearly in need of renovation and upgrades. The hotel needs to pay more attention to service quality and the condition of its facilities.

The hotel so close to IST airport. It took off 20 minutes. Ahmet and Ibrahim are very friendly and helpful people. Check in and check out were quickly. They helped with everything. Carried the suitcases from the taxi to the room, served breakfast for us because we left the hotel early at 4 a.m. Then they called a taxi and it was half cheaper than when we went from the airport to the hotel. The room space was not so big but was very clean and comfortable. Hot water, good shower, slippers, water in the fridge were in the room. I was amazed that everything was so clean.

I recommend this hotel if you have flights from international IST airport especially at night or early morning because you spend 15-20 min to get airport/hotel and you get excellent service

Great location and easy to get to from airport on metro, 15 minute trip. A 12 minute walk from the metro or can take bus 336. Good for a stop over if you dont want to go right into central Istanbul. Good shops and restaurants in the area. Good and ample breakfast. Staff very courteous and helpful.

The restaurant was priced in USD for an evening meal which is not considered appropriate for a local hotel. The prices were very high, with expensive mains. You can eat meals for half the price in the nearby restaurant on the corner. We chose not to eat here as the prices are what you would pay for in a larger international chain hotel. It felt like you were being gouged.

I stayed at the Istport Hotel during my transit stop in Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located, very clean. The room was very quiet, no street noise, the air conditioning worked great cooling you down after the heat outside. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is attentive to requests and details. I highly recommend using the airport transfer to the hotel provided by the hotel. It is safe and comfortable. I received detailed instructions on where I could find the transfer. I was met at the exit, put in a comfortable car and brought to the hotel. The transfer fee will be additionally included in the cost of your stay, it is very convenient. At 7 am the hotel guests were offered a delicious breakfast. And what delicious coffee they make in this hotel. If you like oriental coffee, try a cup of coffee. I will stay at this hotel on my next trips. I was satisfied.

I had 18 hours time between my flights, and needed comfortable room not to far from Istanbul airport, I think I made a perfect choice. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. In the price I have paid I had round trip from/to airport, dinner and breakfast included. I absolutely satisfied. You can choose your dinner from menu, you have a good choice for breakfast. Location is very good, even shopping mall is just two minutes to walk. Special mention to every single person who works in the hotel - very friendly, polite, helpful - everyone: drivers, receptionists, restaurant staff, porter. I can honestly say a big thank you, Istport Hotels!

One little think was a smoking smell in the corridor on my floor. Only in the corridor, not in the room.

I booked this hotel to stay overnight between 2 flights. The hotel is situated approximately 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. It was a pleasant experience: extremely polite and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, reach breakfast. There is a supermarket and restaurant just opposite the hotel. I also booked a transfer from&to airport which was perfect. The driver was waiting me in airport all the time I spent going through passport control. The car was very comfortable. The transfer back to airport was exactly on time, quick and comfortable. I recommend this hotel as good combination value and comfort! Many thanks to hotel workers and the driver!

Great hotel close to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice bright and spotless bathroom. Excellent value for money, breakfast included was very good. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Restaurant Köyüm işkembe Salonu next door is open 24 hours and has delicious and very well priced food. The hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride from IST airport amongst other airport hotels, and there are plenty of shops nearby including a new large modern shopping mall. Highly recommend this hotel if needed a stopover hotel without wanting to travel the 55kms into Istanbul centre.
