i liked in this hotel really big space in room. Room really huge, good beds. Most nearest hotel to metro in this area. Close to the Airport IST. I advise this hotel. Good price for this quality.

in room really smells cigarettes. and floor from carpet, but need to clean good with vacuum cleaner. near hotel street and when i slept i hear all cars from streets.

Near istambul new airport. Perfect hotel is you want to be near the airport but dont feel isolated or in the middle of nowhere. U can take bus H6 from the airport and price is less than 1€. A lot of shops, restaurants, bakeries in the area Metro / tram near by so u can go to the city. Comfy beds

The double room was HUGE. I mean... Ridiculously huge! It could easily be converted into 2 normal-sized double rooms. The location is very near the Metro station, from where you can easily take the metro tram to the Istanbul HavalimanI. Normally the tram is around every 30 minutes, so no need to take shuttles, taxis, etc. If you are prone to adventures, you can even drive and park behind the hotel, if you are pushy you will find a place. The whole area is still undeveloped but you can find enough around the hotel - the local hospital is next to it, there are some small pilaf duner shops, tabacs, but don't expect to be like downtown Istanbul.

Just be extra careful when you cross the streets, traffic rules don't apply, save your lives!

If I could give 20 stars to the excellent hotel staff Sarigul Hanim I would. She is an angel. Because I arranged the hotel shuttle with her, she made sure that I arrived in the hotel without any problem. She was constantly in touch even if my flight arrived past midnight. She was even off duty at that time! At 2 AM she was making sure that I was taken care of. Moreover, I had a personal request which was not related to the hotel's concerns but they were very gracious to help me. I thought this was beyond excellent service! This hotel is very close to the train station which I believe is just one stop from the Istanbul airport. For sure the hotel facilities were appropriate for the price I paid, including the breakfast served. Having said that, I was very happy with this booking and would definitely book this again next time I am in Istanbul.

This was a small issue but it got quickly resolved. The door lock was broken but the staff moved me to a different room with a working lock. The staff was responsive and moved quickly to resolve the problem.

Great beds and a little chill area with a couch. Nice and clean.

The breakfast was not so nice. (Would be good if I could decide myself what i’ll have on the plate. That way I wouldn’t pick the things I don’t eat and it won’t go to waste.)

A great place to spend the night near the airport! I don't understand why the hotel had so many bad reviews. Huge room with panoramic windows, comfortable beds. The room has a teapot, water, tea and sugar. There are a lot of cafes with turkish food near the hotel. Breakfast is a complex, it is enough to have a snack. The metro is a 3-minute walk away, you can get to the airport without any problems. Please note that trains run in the metro every 20-30 minutes. The hotel also offers a transfer to the airport for extra price.

The water pressure in the shower is not too strong. But most likely this is not the hotel's problem. That's why I don't take off the star.

Everything was great. Very clean. There was a jacuzzi inside the room. The internet was really fast.. It had a smart TV. I always take my hair dryer with me when I travel, but here, unlike most hotels, there was a powerful professional hair dryer in the room. The room is large and comfortable and has all the necessary facilities.. If you don't mind being in the center of Istanbul, this hotel offers very good facilities for its price. The hotel staff are kind, polite, and professional. I have visited many hotels in Istanbul, and I was very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip.

The room exceeded my expectations. It looked really nice and modern, everything was cristal clean and it even has massage bath. Beds are comfortable and there are real double bed, not a couple of single beds together like in many hotels. Room has a view of a beautiful park, but also of a wasteland nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good: an egg, a sausage, some vegetables and sweets. The hotel is right in front of a bus stop, so you can get there right from Istanbul airport on the bus H6.

The shower cabin really lacked a shelf where you can put shower accessories. And there no any hook where you can hang a towel. There is no reading lamp or lamps with soft light in the sleeping room, only bright ones. Except these small drawbacks, everything is perfect.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were big. Breakfast was generous. The first room we stayed in had a functioning jacuzzi bathtub (it didn't work in our 2nd room). It was a convenient place to stay coming from and going to the airport. For a fee, we were allowed to leave some of our luggages for 2 weeks while we toured Turkey. There were nearby restaurants, grocery stores, ATM machines. Staff were friendly (though most don't speak English.which is common in Turkey).

In both rooms we stayed, the aircons automatically turn off after a few seconds. Not sure if we just didn't know how to use them. It's far from the train station (but buses pass in front of the hotel). Note that the hotel is identified as an airport hotel and is far from the main tourist sites of Istanbul to make it a base while touring the city.

I was in this hotel twice last week on stopover at IST airport. The location of the hotel just some meters from Arnavutkoy Hastane metro station make it a perfect choice. First night I had a small one person room but with all what you need even a fridge. For my second night I booked a double room much bigger and even with a jaccuzi, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. The rooms were clean but some details could be improved. It looks the finishing works are not done. Breakfast is good.
