I booked this hotel for a few hours due to a cancelled flight and they assisted me in checking in earlier and also offered me bfast. Wonderful staff and a good hotel 15 mins by taxi away from Istanbul Airport in Aranvutkoy

Friendly staff, the location not far from airport, near to the mall, carpet in the room which is good for winter

The bed is not so soft, the windows need some maintenace, in this winter first room they proposed the window wasn't closing and cold so i changed the room directly, second room windows are big and nice but in the next day the window was leaking the rain, the floor and my stuff got wet.

The staff was great! The room was big and neat I broke my phone during my stay and I'm a non Turkish speaker. I explained the situation to them and they took me to a shop, translated for me and my phone was repaired in two hours! They even offered to negotiate prices with the mobile shop! They made a very difficult situation easy to maneuver and I'm so grateful! Definitely recommend!

Convenient to airport, clean, good price, private bathroom, and found street parking easily. Most staff except breakfast staff were friendly. Breakfast staff never smiled or greeted us.

The air conditioning was marginal. It worked but didn’t really cool the room effectively so we had trouble sleeping. The breakfast was decent but nothing to rave about.

Had a great stay! Reception staff were so helpful and welcoming I felt really looked after. Lovely greetings every time I came in. Would definitely return!

The location was great, quite close to the airport which is convenient if you need a break due to long travel distances. Also, if you want to do some shopping, there is a mall 5mins away from the hotel. Additionally, I like how the rooms were nice, clean and spacious!

Better if live for 6 days send cleaner to change bed sheet every second day and provide sachet tea bags,water,milk please improve quality and cleanliness.

Great location for an airport stay. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the Istanbul airport.

They tried to sell me an airport transfer provided by the hotel at the price of 30 euros. I took a normal taxi which cost me 100 TL (5 euros). Further, the next day they tried to sell me another airport transfer - 40 euros. My normal taxi cost me 400 TL (60 minutes distance). I don't like being scammed and they tried to sell these exorbitant transfers as if trying to help me not get scammed - but they were scamming me all along.

Bathroom size was quite small, not very significant for me as solo traveller. But with family it might be quite tight..over all very good facilities. Well recommended

I stayed a night between flights. The hotel is 20 min by taxi from the airport. 150 turk liras from the airport to the hotel and 200 liras back to the airport. Easy to find a taxi in the airport, you can pay in eur, usd or liras. The room was clean and warm, there was a fridge, a tea set and complimentary water and coffee. The breakfast was ok for the price. The reception was super-friendly and helped me with my luggage.
