The hotel was average overall — I got what I paid for. The location is convenient, about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. The staff were extremely friendly and all spoke fluent English, which made communication easy.

Room and service were fine, nothing exceptional. The breakfast was below average — I asked for a fried egg and was charged an extra €2, which felt a bit unnecessary. If you're just looking for a place to sleep near the airport, this hotel does the job — but don’t expect much more.

I booked this hotel for a few hours due to a cancelled flight and they assisted me in checking in earlier and also offered me bfast. Wonderful staff and a good hotel 15 mins by taxi away from Istanbul Airport in Aranvutkoy

The staff was great! The room was big and neat I broke my phone during my stay and I'm a non Turkish speaker. I explained the situation to them and they took me to a shop, translated for me and my phone was repaired in two hours! They even offered to negotiate prices with the mobile shop! They made a very difficult situation easy to maneuver and I'm so grateful! Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, the location not far from airport, near to the mall, carpet in the room which is good for winter

The bed is not so soft, the windows need some maintenace, in this winter first room they proposed the window wasn't closing and cold so i changed the room directly, second room windows are big and nice but in the next day the window was leaking the rain, the floor and my stuff got wet.

Convenient to airport, clean, good price, private bathroom, and found street parking easily. Most staff except breakfast staff were friendly. Breakfast staff never smiled or greeted us.

The air conditioning was marginal. It worked but didn’t really cool the room effectively so we had trouble sleeping. The breakfast was decent but nothing to rave about.

Had a great stay! Reception staff were so helpful and welcoming I felt really looked after. Lovely greetings every time I came in. Would definitely return!

The breakfast hasn’t got much variety at all

The location was great, quite close to the airport which is convenient if you need a break due to long travel distances. Also, if you want to do some shopping, there is a mall 5mins away from the hotel. Additionally, I like how the rooms were nice, clean and spacious!

Better if live for 6 days send cleaner to change bed sheet every second day and provide sachet tea bags,water,milk please improve quality and cleanliness.

Bathroom size was quite small, not very significant for me as solo traveller. But with family it might be quite tight..over all very good facilities. Well recommended

Its proximity to the airport and central location were an advantage. The fact that breakfast was included at the same price as other nearby hotels without breakfast was the reason for our choice.
