Was staying in a room with king and single beds. Good size. Clean rooms. Good clean bathroom. Very polite stuff. Decent breakfast. May be not as plentiful as we used to see turkish breakfast, but still enough to have and enjoy. And thats understandable with the inflation and the hospitality sector trying to keep the prices affordable. Close proximity to airport. Ordered transfer as well. Might be a bit more expensive than a taxi, but traveled in clean comfy van, that came on time. Good for an overnight stay if you have to go to airport.

Will not recommend if you want to go sight seeing. Too far from city centre and if you do not know your way with public transport ( will loose couple of hours on travel though) that might cost you a fortune with taxi. But then again its personal preference with the location.

Hotel is new and clean, beds are comfortable and service are kind.

We recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment we reserved a room at Grand Hamit, we immediately received helpful correspondence. They answered all our questions in a timely manner. They also provided one free shuttle service. There are plenty of shops, cafes and access to public transportation within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

The location was convent and most importantly my room was very quiet for my overnight visit. Ali, the bell boy and Oguzhvn, at the reception desk, exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They arranged for a 5:a.m. pickup to Istanbul Airport and had lovely sandwich and coffee waiting for me at the front desk. This was all very important to me as a solo female English speaking traveller!

I was too tired to let them know I needed another blanket so I retrieved one from the room cupboard on my own which wasn’t quite warm enough. I’m sure had I told them a blanket would have been brought to my room.

Very comfortable bed, nice shower, good buffet breakfast that can leave nobody hungry. The staff showed understanding with organizing the airport transfer, which I really appreciate. The location is not top, about a 20-minute car ride from the airport, but it’s good value for money. Shower accessories and little things like slippers and a vanity set were all in place, which I was grateful for.

The WiFi is traditionally the biggest problem, like in many Turkish hotels the owners don’t want to invest in more advanced equipment, so there is WiFi at the bottom of the bed, but not if you lean on the pillow. Seriously, guys?.. Also, I was put in the room right by the elevator and didn’t change it only because it was 2 am. Predictably, I was woken up at 7 by a very obnoxious little child talking to his mom at the top of his voice and screaming loudly all over the hall. Can’t blame the child, but in the room by the elevator all the hall sounds are clearly heard

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is great value for money and about a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. I ordered an Uber but the hotel also offer a chauffeur service. The beds are super comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

The walls are thin and some noise can be heard from the hallway. Not a major problem and nothing some sleeping ear plugs didn't fix.

Fantastic breakfast!!! This place is perfect for a short layover stay. It's wonderfully close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. There's actually a few good restaurants nearby and some shops to buy snacks to bring home (nuts, turkish delight, baklava, etc.) with fantastic local prices, because these are shops that locals shop at and not tourists. I plan to stay here again on future layovers.

The air conditioner wasn't too strong. It didn't seem to do a good job of cooling the room, although this wasn't a major issue for me. I would still stay here again. The water was turned off by the municipality (not the hotel) during my stay which was annoying, but it wasn't too much of an annoyance.

A private VIP vehicle waiting for you at Istanbul airport and the driver brought me to the hotel in a very comfortable and safe manner. The hotel was designed very specially. I met the owner of the hotel by chance. He is a very good manager and he thought of everything. When I went to the room, I saw the desk, which was the most important thing for me. It was very nice and useful. The room was very clean and tidy. I couldn't stay for breakfast in the morning, but they gave me a delicious sandwich, thank you for everything

The staff were very friendly and professional. We arrived at 9pm and the staff on site were able to get us settled and were more than willing to organise a late dinner for me and my partner. Being only a 15 minute drive from the was a big bonus as it gave us more time to rest instead of having to travel all the way to into Istanbul and back. There is also a supermarket and plenty of meal options all within a 5 minute walk, which makes the hotel an ideal place to stay while transiting through Istanbul.

it is fantastic that the staff is so responsive, no matter how silly/insignificant the questions. our question related to the usual concerns in travelling with kids and getting to the hotel from the airport (for an overnight). we are definitely to book for the return flight.

there was nothing to dislike.
