Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, with fresh furniture. Beds are very comfortable. Shower big enough, clean and functional. Price/quality is the best. Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. If happens to spend time between flights through Istanbul, I will definitely choose Elite Port.

Neighbourhood around hotel isn’t clean enough and comfortable to walk, garbage on the streets, crazy traffic and so on. But it relates to town Arnavyutkoy, not to hotel. Recommendations for those who want to take a taxi themselves. The price between New airport and hotel is 350-400 liras, no more.

The location is perfect. From one side it's closeby Istanbul airport, from another side it's lively non-touristic area with lots of shops, malls and restaurants around. The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds and really helpful staff. They also provided a very good Turkish breakfast, and all little toiletries, that are very handy.

The only downside was a strange ventilation in the bathroom. Basically, it kept being wet all the time and didn't dry up. We stayed only 2 nights, so it didn't bother us too much.

The full service, what they did for my dad, picking us up from the hospital, and allowing us to uterlise the room service, due to his health. The team on the main desk were all so polite and willing to go the extra mile, Yunis was able to sort our breakfast even tho we didn't order it. Yunis made sure it was available and it was lovely, a d just what my Dad needed before the flight. Will be forever great full for what the team has done for us. If I was to rate it out of 10, I would double it.

Nice facilities. Great staff. Little extras like toothbrush and shaving kit were really nice. It's in a very central location so very close to shops and restaurants and about 20 minutes from airport. Family room was a nice size and comfortable. Great shower. Overall great accommodation for the price.

Walls are thin so hope you have a quiet neighbour. Also there is some noise from outside because it's so central but didn't bother us. The room was a bit too warm, but I'm sure if we'd asked the staff to show us how to adjust the aircon they would have. Curtains didn't completely cover the window.

The hotel is within 15 minutes walking distance from the metro station. I never felt insecure when walking around with my small suitcase at 10pm. There are many shops and eateries that around, which close late at night. In the morning, I was surprised with a great, traditional breakfast with sausage, cheese, vegetables.

There was a bit of mold smell in the bathroom - not a lot, but it did feel like you are not in an upper class hotel. The view from my room wasn't great: on a bunch of external airconditioning units. Probably it wasn't the best room they had, but rather the cheapest (paid some 50 Euros for a night's stay).

The hotel located in guite residential area in close vicinity of Istanbul Airport (IST),10 min by taxi. So it's very suitable for transit travelers who needs accommodation before next flight. There's lots of cafes and restaurants of authentic turkish cuisine just around the hotel, nevertheless the hotel provides its own excellent breakfast .Also you can buy what you need at nearest shopping area, which is developed up guite well. A Subway station is in 5 minutes walking range from the hotel., it takes about 1 hour to get Taksim Square About the hotel itself. It was a short stay, only one day, but have only positive impressions of this. Firstly of all it's a very competent, friendly and attentive personnel. Secondly- condition of room, furniture and accessories is guite good and modern. Thirdly - the cleanness ,as almost everywhere in Turkiye , in a high level. So and finally, the price is objective and commensurate for such service comparable with other places close to airport.

It is may be useful for someone who likes to drink some beer or etc. Alcohol products is not allowed in local stores and restaurants

Great location near the Istanbul Airport if you need to spend a night before or after a long international flight. Room was bigger than I expected, and the English-speaking staff members working at the hotel were extremely helpful and attentive. Lots of stores, mini-markets, shops, and cafes nearby, so you can basically pick up anything you need at the last minute for your flight. Also, the pricing of the room was very affordable and a great value for the money. Based on this experience, I'm already planning to book this property again for an onward flight from Istanbul.

Make sure you have a detailed map of how to reach the hotel if you are not planning on an airport pick-up or taxi. The general location of the hotel (last stop on the M11 airport metro line) is easy to reach in about 10 minutes, but the streets around the hotel can be a bit confusing to navigate (especially if arriving at night).

We arrived in the afternoon and had a very early flight the next morning. To get there from Istanbul Airport we took the metro to Arnavutköy Hastane and then a bus to Necip Fazıl Caddesi, right outside the hotel. Checked in with very helpful and friendly staff and booked a transfer to the airport for the next morning for 30 €. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spacious and toiletries were provided, the wifi worked perfectly and the transfer to the airport the next day went very smoothly. Recommend highly!

Clean and tidy, gentle staffs.

I had an overall pleasant stay at Elite Port hotel. The staff were welcoming, and the amenities were excellent, making the experience enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated.

The only issue I encountered was noise in the room, likely from the structure, such as dripping water that was surprisingly loud and persistent throughout the night. This made it difficult for me to sleep peacefully. While I understand these things can happen occasionally, addressing this would make the stay much more comfortable.
