Easy access from Utsunomiya train station. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, and department stores. Room was very big for a Japanese hotel. My mom and I had a queen sized bed for the each of us. You could easily sleep 2 couples, a couple and 2 older children or a couple and 3 small children. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus. Did laundry twice while there and the detergent was included.

It's quite run down looking outside and inside. Not so much dirty as it's just dilapidated looking. My mom said the room smelled terrible like musty but I didn't notice it. The couch in our room could use an update. It looked like it was there for 20 years. It wasn't saggy though. A bigger couch would be better too.

Very nice hotel right across the street from the train station. The staff were very nice. This hotel has a large lobby with a macdonalds just out front (for our morning macmuffins and coffee). It was a clean and nice room and a little larger than similar hotels we stayed in. TV, kettle, internet, bidet toilet, nice shower, and comfortable bed all at a reasonable price. Easy walk to the downtown area and shopping streets. We enjoyed our stay.

No complaints at all, except they had robes and my wife used one and hung it over my shower kit that was hanging on the wall hook so when we left I didn't notice it. I'm not really blaming them for me leaving it, but if they didn't have nice robes then my wife would not have used one and then I would have remembered to pack my shower kit. Smile.

I like how they can provide all the things that I need. The location is excellent because you just need to cross the road going to the train station and just go outside the hotel for the bus stop. The staffs are also approachable. Thank you for the great experience. This hotel is one of the reasons why my first time travel to Japan has been more memorable. Highly recommended. I'll be back again soon for sure 😊

Location is really good. Breakfast was local specialty.

The restaurant was full of the smoke of cooking. I was okay with that, but 2 of my family were allergic to the smoke. And the sound isolation was not good enough, and the doors of each room closed very quickly, so I was awakened by the door closing noise in the early morning.

Closeness to the station. Big and affordable rooms. Staff is polite and eager to help.

Delicious breakfast but I would like to add more western style dishes.

The breakfast was fabulous, so many great food along with local cuisine love it so much.

The ventilation measure should be improved at the grilled station for breakfast too much smoke and it got smelly on my cloth.

The close location to the central rail station. The new, clean and well appointed room.
