We had such a warm reception from the host, with a welcome drink and chocolates and a good explanation of the facilities. The morning bread delivery service to our apartment was an unexpected delight. The apartment itself was finished and furnished to the top standards typical of the Austrian alps. It was very, very comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We wanted for nothing.

The only drawback for us was that the apartment was quite far from the central events of the comedy festival that brought us to Mayrhofen. It was a 15 minute walk uphill. Thankfully, there is a free skibus from a stop very close to Landhaus Veronika which saved us a few uphill hikes! Perfect for skiers.

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Veronika! Our host Sandra was exceptional, frequently checking in to make sure we were comfortable. We opted for the lovely service to have fresh croissants delivered to our room every morning - they were delicious! The apartment was impeccably clean and cosy, the kitchen was well equipped and the spa facilities were excellent! It was such a treat to use the pool and sauna at the end of the day, before enjoying a drink on the balcony of our apartment in the evening sunshine. We had the best time and we’ll definitely be back!

Nothing - it was wonderful

I immensely enjoyed my time at these accommodations. It's in a quiet area of the city so you don't get the noise from the main part of the city. The little kitchenette helped me save so much on food costs. My room's windows/patio was facing the mountain so I had a great view at all times. The Wellness center was such a nice addition. I was in there for about an hour and didn't run into anyone else so it was so peaceful. My train also did not leave until 2 hours after check out, and the hosts were gracious enough to let me hang out for a little while after the check out. I hope to come back, and will definitely book here again when I do!

Thoughtful touches like fresh apples after the spa and optional daily fresh bread rolls. Great location, close to the town center, train station, and ski bus stop. Overall excellent amenities, hospitality, and a memorable experience.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were spotless. The hosts were very kind and attentive to details, always available to help. The location was excellent—close to the main attractions but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh products. Fast and stable WiFi, and the parking was secure and spacious.

The Landhaus Veronika is a superb place to stay, Sandra and the staff are friendly and informative, it's really clean and has an amazing spa with pool, sauna, plunge pool, steam room and automated massage table, just what you need after a day on the slopes. The rooms and well sized, beds are comfy and it has all the facilities for self catering. It's a short walk to the town centre and lifts but is very quiet at night. We're planning to go back in the summer. Thank you Sandra !

Grand experience start to finish. The facilities are a blend of top notch decor yet provide elegant and authentic interior. The apartment room is spacious across all its areas with a fully equipped kitchen (only oven was missing replaced by microwave and toaster machine which is more than enough). Very comfortable beds. A balcony with breathtaking view. The spa area delivered all indulging activities (dry, wet, and multiplexing wavelength saunas), indoor pool and a water jet massage bed (EVERYONE NEEDS THIS AT HOME!). The hotel is decorated with candles and provides apple baskets scattered around 24/7, instilling a very relaxing environment w/o feeling disrupted by the staff. One might consider the distance from the Main Street and Penken a downside but there’s a ski bus outside the hotel and in the evening it’s a pleasant 8 minutes walk to the main restaurant/bar area. We came with a rental car and commuted to the Arena ski area as well so used it to commute within town. Parking is available 24/7. To sum it up - value for money 100% Thanks Martin and Sandra. We’ll be back!

Extremely well managed and updated (in traditional style). Spacious apartment with full kitchen and a nice balcony. The spa downstairs was exceptional. Beautiful pool (really, it was lovely), sauna, steam room, etc.

We didn’t love the windows, especially in the bedroom where the main window when opened was literally over the bed. but….minor complaint.

It is necessary to somehow ask the guests to observe the silence in the SPA! It was very unpleasant when my wife and I were relaxing by the pool and at that time 3 naked men were jumping into the pool with screams and noise, and then they discussed and laughed very loudly. Fortunately, it was only 1 time, the rest of the guests behaved very calmly.

The property si really beautiful, with a nice typical austrian atmosphere and style. It´s perfectly located, walking distance to the city centre, restaurants, grocery stores, bike rentals and even the closest cable car is just a 10 minute walk. The room was really cozy, clean and overall spacious, with a separate toilett, the bed was comfortable and the mountain view balcony generous with a nice outdoor seating. The kitchinette in our apartment was rather small, but for what we needed (breakfast) just enough. What was a nice surprise was the relaxing wellness area in the basement (pool, sauna, massage bed,..). The room is cleaned daily and the family who runs this lovely place is at your service just when you need them.

A little bigger kitchinette would be nice, but this was not really an issue.
