Amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. Good atmosphere in the camping and with a lake in front of it. I stayed in a small cottage, and it had everything I needed. Big fridge and microwave inside the room. I rented a bike in the restaurant and cycled to Purkahanju. It's beautiful! There are also a lot of hiking trails around the area.

Public showers are in the same room as the bathroom. Take into account that some cottages can be up to 10 min by walking to the reception, which is not the restaurant that appears as Punkaharju Resort in Google Maps. (I got confused). Booking price does not include the bed linen (around 13€)

Location is very good, we had a cottage with a wonderful view of the lake, and the beach was nearby.

In the kitchen, there were very few things - for example, there were no knives, and we wanted to cook, so after asking the staff, we got one knife for cutting everything (but it was originally meant for cutting bread), also, there were very few plates and forks ...

woderful location, and beautiful views. very nice little beach perfect for swimming. it was right after peak season ended, so there was almost noone around making it incredibly relaxing and perfect to rest.

extra charge for bed sheets message few hours before arrival was a bit of an unplesant surprise. technically it is mentioned in the detailed description but in my opinion not obvious enough.

I was a bit sad to find that only one spot was open for grilling sausages. (normal Finnish summer activity) The two other cottages we found were locked. So at the one open one it did get a bit crowded,, otherwise everything else was well done!

Very good location. For weekend destination it’s a lovely place. Public grilling , shared kitchen, clean WC. Every facilities were there. Also tennis courts (need to rent), water park (separate), restaurants, TT boards, go carting ( need to rent), boat etc

Oven were there in kitchen but not working properly. Should bring your own towels and bed sheets, else you need to rent it with 13e/pp . This information was missing in the description.

The area is spacious and quiet. Nice beaches, crystal clear lake, it was great to rent a boat and go for some sunset rowing session:) Also the free morning sauna is great.

The ambience of the place is what I liked the most here. A bit away from the highway by the lake amid the picturesque landscape of Punkaharju, the resort is among the perfect places if you are looking for a place to unwind. The Punkaharju ridge and the nature trails in Lusto area are just a few kilometres away - you can either walk or rent a bike from the reception. Apart from this, one can participate in a number of leisurely activities. The resort also has an aquatic park and rope park close by. For food you can visit their restaurant or even cook in the kitchen if you are camping. Talking of camping, they have quite a large area for pitching tent or parking caravan. Other options to stay include cottages. I stayed in one of the small economy cottages with two beds. It was decently size with a refrigerator and a microwave a couple of chairs outside. Given the size of the cottage it does not include any closet but has a shelf to keep stuffs. Finally, before I forget, I need to mention the staff who were very helpful and always served with a smile.

One downside of the economy cottages is that it can get warm during summers and there are no fans. Also the rent doesn't include bed linens. The options for rental bikes are limited. Most of them are ordinary bikes with foot brakes which I wouldn't prefer riding given the hilly terrain of the area.

Self check-in. Nice view on the lake. Clean toilets and kitchen. Braciers were to light a fire. Quiet.

We had a 3 or 4 sauna around us but the toilet was quite far from our position. One less sauna and one more toilet would have been appreciated.

Our stay here was excellent! The atmosphere of this place was very pleasant, the facilities were great and our cottage (the economy cottage, which was a ridiculously cheap 28€ a night!) had a really nice view of the lake. The lake itself was amazing to swim in! The staff in the reception was really, really kind and forgiving when I lost our key, which I was very thankful for. It's clear that they care about their customers. We will definitely be returning again!

There are lots of grill spaces and if weather permits you can use your charcoal grill. Plenty of places to swim.
