The staff was awesome, and the manager went above and beyond. The room was very clean as well as the outside. We stayed on New Years Eve night and came in around 2 am.. She was there making sure each guest could get into their rooms due to a technical issue with the door locks. I can't remember her name but This manager had be be away from her family on New Year and was still smiling and very polite, even at check out she was still there working diligently to get issue fixed I would highly recommend it. Ease of reserving on line. friendly and easy check it. Room size was excellent and what was expected. Check-in person was very friendly and professional. Overall a pleasant experience.

During our stay, we noticed cleanliness issues. Sheets on pull out sofa bed were not clean, and there was no blanket provided. Bathroom door had dirty finger prints. Coffee maker was not wiped down, and lid was broken. Already frozen ice cubes in freezer would have been nice.

This hotel is essentially a NEW build. It has a private courtyard with seating and grills (I didn't have time to use) but was a nice area. The rooms are Very nice. Kitchen in the front half, down that hall is the bedroom. Nice firm beds. No maid service so hang up your wet towels after your shower.

There is NO ELEVATOR for guest use. Had to drag my luggage up the stairs and at 58 and out of shape that was NO FUN. The lack of an elevator is my only complaint. Everything else was great.

I liked a peaceful location, a clean room, a friendly stuff.

First of all, our door slam was broken and no one fixed until we moved out even though they kept telling us they would. Second of all, the fire alarm went on twice for no reason in the middle of the day when we were cooking, but we had no smoke no other reason for it to go on. Thirdly, the gym could be a little cleaner and more items could have been provided.

I love the location & being next to a grocery store. We love being close enough to Chattanooga to be able to drive to everything we wanted to do.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work & it made it really really hot in the bathroom after showering. Also, the people upstairs were constantly walking around & they would stomp as they walked & it was very disrupting when trying to sleep.

Location was excellent for us - we were near the golf club and the restaurants were all in walking distance. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. God aircon that actually worked!! Liked the laundry on site - very clean and fully working. Nice outdoor areas to sit and have a drink in. Plenty of parking

Great price and convenient location. Room was well laid out. Charming courtyard and secure grounds.

Cleaning- tub has a grime line in it and the wall above the bed was heavy with dust. Floors also needed a good mopping. Courtyard is charming but since they don’t allow children to play in it I would add signage that states adults only

The location was great and close to many restaurants. I felt comfortable inside the apartment/suite. My key stopped working, but someone met me within 5 minutes to get me back into my place. The staff was very friendly! I’d definitely return and also recommend to family and friends.

An elevator would have been nice, but with it only being 2 floors it was not too difficult to get my luggage and dog up the stairwell.

Spaciousness of the rooms, cleanliness, the outdoor courtyard, the gym, the location, the price. The housekeeping staff with bringing clean towels etc. the well stocked kitchen! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were outstandingly perfect.

Guests going outside to smoke would leave the exterior door blocked open for re-entry which also allowed access for anyone else, decreasing the safety element.

I love that they accept dogs and that the facility is clean. Room with separate kitchen. Big closet Large bathroom. Equipped with coffee maker, 4 plates, coffee cups, silverware and a couple pans. 2 TV's, dishwasher! The staff (Shannon) is so helpful and pleasant. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Wifi was great. We have stayed there 2 times now and they have not disappointed us. It's a great value for us. It's not an upscale hotel. No onsite restaurant or pool. It does have a small exercise room and laundry.

No dish cloth, no shampoo, soap. Could use an ottoman to put feet up in living room. Floors could have been swept better. A pet potty area that gets muddy when it rains. No pool.
