Location, location, location! Off street parking, really kind staff and rooms presented very cleanly. Other than for soft furnishing, the room was somewhat dated (tiling, bathroom, exposed brickwork) but frankly this means a large kitchenette, larger bathroom, and plenty of circulation space despite having a dining table, double bed (+side table), single bed (+ side table), double sofa. And even though dated, everything was clean and immaculately presented. Extras in the good sized fridge were gratefully appreciated!

I think the pros of the sated aspects of the room far outweighed the cons - so, nothing I did not like and I would stay here again, happily so.

We extended out stay twice since we liked this place so much. They had cooking facilities (a plug in hotplate, with frypan and utensils) available for the rooms, a kitchenette section, and such helpful staff. Although they were getting electrical renovations done, the staff were super helpful and even stayed overnight when the electronic door entry required a physical key. This place was so central - you could walk to main street, the park, the beach, the causeway to Granite Island and the shopping centre so easily. We barely got in the car. The weather was fantastic (much cooler than Adelaide), and the guest information booklet was excellently curated, with local menus and activities well set out. Well done to the owners - highly recommended.

Nothing - everything was excellent and beyond expectation.

We have stayed there before when it was Comfort Inn, so we thought we would go there again as its Pan Co now and still a great place to stay, close to town and beach. Room was clean and plenty of room, shower was great and also small kitchen if staying for more than one night if you want to cook but why would you when you have great pubs and cafes and fish and chip places to eat at. We recommend JF&C just 2 min walk for great food and hotel victor for breakfast 1 min walk. We will come back next time we are down there.

The only problem we had was tv didn't work on any 7 channels and light over kitchen was not working but didn't bother us. overall, the place was great

Simple straightforward accomodation at the heart of Victor Harbour, a very short walk away from eateries and horse-drawn tram to Granite Island. Room is a simple comfy convenient night's stay for people like us who travelled whole day only to stay the night in Victor Harbour before exploring it the next day. Keypad access sent directly to phone for self-check in; leave the room for immediate check-out, simple. There's microwave oven and coffee-making items inside the room for a simple meal reheat or a cuppa. Wifi for saving the day in case the cellular signals are disappointing. Beware the upper level rooms may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Difficult to be picky considering the price - if any, would be the price itself as I honestly felt could be less than the current price as it's never a premium staying experience, to be frank.

The location was excellent, one street away from the beach and literally less than a 2 minute walk from the jetty to Granite Island. When we arrived, Tilly at reception greeted us and gave us a free upgrade to a newly renovated room. The room was great, beautiful, comfortable, and so clean. Plenty of off-street parking, great and clean shower with good water pressure and a good toilet and good towels. Staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back.

The bed unfortunately Was way too firm for me and I think they needed more blankets. I used the spare blanket and still wasn’t very warm. If these issues are fixed I’d happily book the same room again.

The owners have done a great job in renovating and providing excellent value for money accommodation. The rooms were very comfortable with table and chairs, cooking facilities and decorated nicely. Outside were several tables and chairs for relaxing in the sun as well as a bbq. Very close to eateries and main street and supermarket etc. I could not fault this 'motel' and can certainly recommend. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and our expectations were exceeded.

Thrilled with the whole experience to get away from home for a night! Beautiful room which had just been refurbished scandi style....it was so comfortable to stay there. We attend the Art Show every year so the location was excellent for us. A long walk along the beach, able to have a meal out virtually next door and to shop locally were the bonus so the car didn't get moved! Can't express our pleasure more than that so thank you!

Amazing host, so helpful and obliging. Room was a bit outdated but we were offered an upgrade to a new renovated room but we declined for the bigger bed. They have done an amazing job with the look and feel of the room considering what they are working with. Very clean, huge room and fantastic location.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable for us but that depends on what you like.

Friendliness of staff, being sent the door code prior to arrival, cleanliness and airiness of the room, crockery and a sink (not just a basin).

I didn't find the bed overly comfortable and got a sore back but this is not unusual for me when away from home.
