The park was so clean and tidy, the facilities were outstanding. We really couldn't have asked for more for the perfect spot to holiday with the family The pump track was the biggest hit with the boys (4 & 2) but what was even better is everything is fenced so it's incredibly safe and as parents we were able to relax while the kids played. The rooms in our studio cabin were a great size, super clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Loved that there was direct access to the bike track along the beach and walking distance to the beach too

This place was amazing, friendly staff, excellent facilities, clean cabins. The kids loved it, only there 5 mins and already back at the office to extend our stay! The water park/jumping pillow and pool area was absolutely fantastic for our older 2 children.

The mattress in our cabin is definitely due for replacement, sagging terribly in the middle and a shame the people in the cabins beside the small kids play slide chose to smoke despite it being advertised as a non smoking facility.

Gratefully appreciated for an upgrade from studio to safari tent due to asking for a no step cabin. Lovely and spacious a great experience in the tent. Would love to see decking In front of cheaper studio cabins, to eliminate steps,as we could not afford a safari tent, but would love to visit again.

As mentioned a deck in front of cheaper studio cabins would make easier entry for older people with inability to tackle steps.

The water park and the pool were amamazing. Alot of things to do in the park. Great location. Staff were exceptional warm, friendly and welcoming. A beautiful place and we will be back but we might stay in a different room. My son and I had an amazing time together. Thank you for helping us create some great and unforgettable memories :)

Facilities were good but a lot of things such as arcade room and laundromat needed coins but there was no access to coin machines or coins after the office had closed. Also, my son and I wanted to ride some bikes which they had for hire. You needed a physical bankcard to use them, which I only had one on my phone. There was a lot of dust near the TV and woke up with a lot of back pain from the bed.

Location excellent. Studio for 2 . Everything you need is here. Upgraded no’ of pillows and bench prep area now. Nice to walk and leave car behind . Asked for 2 side by side for adult son and us a couple = easy . Small but what else do you need. 🙂.

Again just a maintenance issue NOT for house keeping as they do a great cleaning . Just the RUST on shower and a good scrub of bathroom floor tiles and a 10 every time .

The location is excellent, and the cabin was really nicely appointed. Even the art work on the walls was inoffensive and pleasant, which is not always the case! The visiting dogs were all well behaved, and the birdlife was entertaining

Probably the wifi could have been a bit better, at peak times… however this did not detract from our stay.

Great clean facilities, lots of things to do for families, close to shops.

We didn’t like that we had to park so far away from our room and carry all of our belongings, with small kids it’s a bit difficult to juggle. Other than that it was great. Also our room had a barbecue but no tongs haha so we bought some and left them there.

Check in and out was a breeze. The park is well design and very close to main attractions of the district so packing the scooters and bikes was a bonus to get out n about. The staff were friendly and facilities clean and well set up.

The drainage on the bathroom went the wrong way. We needed a mop as water was just being tracked through the unit. Parking is a bit tight with a full car but manageable. 'Out of service' games in the gaming room was a bit frustrating for the kids.

A power point close to the bed to facilitate a sleep apnoea device. When we tried the shower, there was no hot water left, as neighbouring units had been up earlier than us. We were only there for one night but for a longer stay having no hot water for daily showers would have been problematic.

The cabins are tiny. If you have a suitcase each, there's no room for anything else! They are very cute and comfortable. Over priced but that is the case everywhere in Australia.
