the location was wonderful. You could see the ocean from the balcony. It was very peaceful and very calming watching the golfers walk round the course. seeing Kangaroos just bounding about doing their thing was so awesome- what an experience for a non- aussie!

whilst the rooms were nice and clean, the corridors were a bit tired and dated. random couches scattered about- they looked out of place. Put tables there instead with local information leaflets. Also there is no signage telling you were to go , we were on the first floor and it would have been very handy having signs telling you to go upstairs for reception or a sign pointing to the car park etc

Only an hours drive from Adelaide. The check in process was quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and had everthing we needed. I don't think you'd find too many hotels with such a great view, restaurant, pool, tennis courts, golf course, native fauna and vicinity to the best beaches and coastline in Australia. The local restaurants were amazing also, all not a 5 minute drive away. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Peter and team!

If I was going to mention anything, it would be that some of the lights on the tennis courts need to be fixed, a few more lounges around the pool would have been good, and just be cautious which side of the bed you sleep on in relation to the air-cond vent, but none of these were a big deal for us.

2 nights to escape the heatwave of the city. Room.large and comfortable with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Good balcony on top floor with view. Small but pleasant.pool. Golf course below ....withvsunset visiting kangas ! Staff obliging.. Nice handy gym Golfing venue Good parking

The site is rather lugubrious....rarher.privy.of vegetation.....practical but lacking colour and idiosyncracy. Standard room design and trappings...functional not charming..Australian Scando.style..lacks ' European 'touches...but for this environment , ok

Friendly & helpful welcome by Peter. Large room with kitchenette lounge and dining area separate bedroom and a large bathroom. View of the golf course the sea and plenty kangaroos in the morning. Excellent steaks at the restaurant.

We arrived early as husbands were playing golf but there were no facilities to obtain a drink or food till midday. The pool area needs a bit of TLC it was very tidy but only three loungers one was broken.

The location and views were great.

We realise that economically there is a bit of a squeeze as mentioned in your arrival information but the furnishing and general appearance were a bit jaded. The towels were stained and in poor condition. Reception knew what time we were arriving so it would have been a nice little courtesy to have the room slightly warmed for us. Walking from a cold blustery day into a cold apartment wasn't a good first impression.

We have been staying at Lady Bay Hotel for over 15 years and we have never been disappointed. It has everything we need to be comfortable and the views are brilliant. The special deals on weekdays are great for us too.

The one and only thing is the non refurbished magnolia doors and ceiling in the bathroom, it ages the property which is sad.

Everything was amazing, but the bed was a whole new level of comfort... I will come back just to sleep on that bed again. The restaurant was a picturesque landscape with one of the best steaks i have had. Service was super friendly, and the views were stunning.

The only thing I can complain about were a few cobwebs and spiders in the main hallway to our room.

A great place to relax. The staff is very attentive and willing to help in any way they can to ensure a pleasant stay. We were unfortunate enough to have some very noisy guests as upstairs neighbors. The staff listened to our concerns and efficiently resolved the issue. Beautiful views. Comfortable and clean room.

The restaurant and bar, available car parking. Apartment was well appointed except the bed and towels. Coffee pods for Nespresso machine would have been nice.

Bed and towels need a refresh. View onto playground so couldn’t open curtains in the morning a privacy blind would be good to let light in but not prying eyes 😊

Love the hotel room. Bed is very comfortable. Balcony and furniture is perfect to sit out and take in the beautiful view. Great to have a kitchenette with plates and bowls ect. The spa was really relaxing and everything is very clean. Fabulous staff on reception and in the restaurant. Really enjoyed our meals in the gazebo room. It's our 4th stay and we will definitely stay again.

There were only 4 small things that weren't great. The lounge tv only played sound and no picture which was annoying because we wanted to have the footy on but be out on the balcony. Unfortunately there was no one there by that time to see if anything could be done. The tv in the bedroom was fine however. So that was good. The couch is not comfortable to sit on very long. The balcony light was out and there was no hand towel on the hook in the bathroom. These 2 last things were very minor details but worth mentioning so things can be checked.
