The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was nice, clean with a balcony over looking the pool, and near an exit where i didn't disturb others with me having to leave early. They have a chinese menu for dinner and a breakfast menu with a nice variety. I loved the pancakes, tho. I will be back and bringing my partner with me. You can also have a game of golf, swim in the pool, play 8 ball , and there are camping areas as well. It's all near very nice fishing and beach areas too. The price was good too.

I was not a fan of the bed. 2 king singles pushed together does not make a comfortable queen size bed. The tv had sound but no picture, not sure as to why. Would have been nice to come back from charter fishing and be able to get a meal at the restaurant but there were no meals for dinner on the sunday or for lunch so had to go to the closest pub to get a meal. Other than that, it was lovely and will be going back and bringing my partner with me

Our room overlooked the golf course which at first, I wondered if it would be adequate for our needs. However, the first night, we had kangaroos right up on the back porch with us, which then stayed for the rest of our visit. They were absolutely incredible to look at! We had our dinner from their Chinese menu and let me tell you that this was hands down the BEST Chinese meal we've ever had! We also had regular hot drinks and iced coffees which exceeded any cafe style drinks in south Australia. The views of the whole establishment were absolutely incredible and we couldn't get enough of it! Our bed was two king singles pushed together but it was so comfy and the pillows were very high quality and thick. The staff were all so lovely and the amenities such as the pool, spa and sauna were brilliant! We spent nearly a full day in that area and it was fantastic!

I'd of preferred having access to bowls/plates/cutlery in the room however the restaurant was more than happy to provide these upon request.

Excellent value for money! The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night in the room overlooking the golf course, and it was amazing to see the kangaroos and birds up close. The room was renovated, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The internet was very good (contrary to some reviews), and I was very surprised that the TV had access to YouTube and Netflix. We watched two movies online without any problems. The food was good and well-priced. The only downside is that the external structure, such as the pool area, is a bit old, but nothing stopped us from having an excellent and relaxing weekend.

There is something really fun about this place even though it is super tired. We just really liked the vibe. Big rooms. Good pool. Clean. Kangaroos are a bonus. Short drive to local snorkeling spots.

Look, it's hey day was probably 1995. There are some strange stains in the hall but the rooms are clean. As mentioned by others, for a couple of nights it's fine. Restaurant menu though tasty, is limited so had to drive to Normanville to eat after night one. No breakfast buffet. Slightly strange a la carte.

Comfortable room and beautiful location. Saturday night Dinner was excellent cuisine and quality. Good wine list available. Nice facilities like the bar and dining, log fire, outdoor tables, golf course and the amusement games area. The staff were helpful and friendly.The coffee is good.

Breakfast choices not too great and lacking quality for the price paid. Need to add a big breakfast to menu all year round. Some facilities in need of repair; such as outdoor spa. The bar shut down too early at night for a weekend. In the room please leave more crockery (2 bowls, 2 sideplates, mugs and cutlery) if possible, because if breakfast is not available in the restaurant every day guests will have to prepare. Would be nice if you left a toaster and microwave in the room in that case. If you hope to have more tourists I think this would be helpful.

Location good not far from normanville! Pool was great, cold but good to have as well as the sauna! Quiet at night which was good when sleeping

Toilet was a bit noisy when flushed! The fridge was not on in one of the rooms, this should have been checked! Menu broader as was only really Chinese food whilst we there over Easter! No cooking facilities, toaster or microwave wouid have been good to have! Had to pay to play pool, should have been free, along with arcade games

I travelled down for a two day social weekend, and enjoyed my stay. I had a room with balcony - the kangaroos and birds came to visit me, it was lovely. Room clean and comfy, thank you.

hmmm.... price could have been a little cheaper perhaps. Nevertheless, I will be returning next year when the same social weekend happens.

The room was large, in good condition ,everything worked and good wifi. The room faced out onto golf course with early morning and late afternoon kangaroos nearby.

Needs a microwave, there are no nearby shops or restaurants. The resort restaurant is only open certain nights and had already closed the second night we returned at 8.45pm. There is no way to heat up food and no crockery and cutlery. The windows facing the golf course had not been cleaned in a long time.

Location is relaxing with sweeping views of lush green landscape; linens/sheets and overall room cleanliness - spotless clean; Room 14 served as our happy place and comfort zone for our 2-day Christmas break. About a dozen kangaroos visited us on the second day, they were right in front of our room on the golf grounds. Bonus thing which I find rare nowadays are the plush/spa slippers. Will stay again in Wirrina Cove

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The beds were particularly comfortable I had the best sleep I have had in the last 6 months. The hotel/resort was in a tranquil and beautiful setting. I shall certainly stay again. In a word a great experience
