The location's natural coolness and private entrance created a serene ambiance, making aircon unnecessary even in the summer heat, while the complimentary wine and chocolate added a delightful touch. The provision of a basic breakfast and the option to cook on-site further enhanced our stay.

Maybe add an anti-slippery rubber mat in the shower

The location is fantastic, five minute drive to the centre of Port Eliot, and still remote enough away, to feel the tranquility of being away from everybody and everything. A Brand New bathroom with an amazing shower. The hosts supply, wine, port and breakfast eggs, and bacon. Absolutely outstanding service.

Spacious & very comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting. The breakfast goods provided were mostly vey good, and there was also chocolate, wine & port. Coffee pods were good.

Two minor quibbles - the butter provided was only sufficient for one breakfast (we were staying for two nights) and the shower drain appears to need attention- very slow.

Such a beautiful space for our one night away. It had everything we needed, and lovely touches with the wine and chocolates. The bed was very comfy, bathroom spacious, and kitchen had all you needed for a quick little meal. Very well appointed for a short stay. The area outside to sit and admire the views was a delight.

Lovely rural retreat. Generous room size, great bathroom, tv and comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen and supplied with eggs and bacon for breakfast. More extras provided thanks to a generous host.

The house keepers prepared the details which show their love to their guests. Fresh flowers on the table, good quality stuff for breakfast,... Wonderful place to stay relaxing and enjoyable

Beautifully fitted out, thoughful touches (wine, chocolate, port), comfortable bed and delicious breakfast - all with a view of the lovely garden. The hosts even put the heating and Xmas lights on prior to our arrival. Thank you Ron!

Well appointed with lovely decore. Good quality Kitchen items, we had everything we needed to cook with. Quiet rural outlook. Appreciated the late checkout.

What a great property, built in a very rural setting. It is just so peaceful here and would have been easy to spend longer, if time permitted. The accommodation was very spacious with everything required for self-catering. The breakfast supplies were very generous, with the welcome wine and chocolate appreciated. Many thoughtful touches including fresh roses on the table.

Don't think I would change anything.

Located just outside Port Elliot, all the facilities we wanted, breakfast suppliers, and bottle of wine and decanter of port! Quite spacious, quiet, lots of birds and roos.
