good bed great sleep. bedding beutiful clean and fresh. good meals in restaurant

Having been in the cleaning supply industry for over 30 yrs I suggest that attention be paid o your shower cubicles and have the grout replaced around the base of the shower asMould s growing in it which is a health hazard and does not give the impression of being clean to guests when entering the shower attention required behind toilet door dust on top of tile edges and on floor needed sweeping out. I when I booked the room I understood that it had a 2 seater settee in the room as both my wife and I have bad backs. I did not realise that it had no sofa till we entered the room and I mentioned this to the gentleman who came to fix the Tv but he never offered to change rooms

Jacks. Is the key to this motel. Wonderful friendly staff. Nice selection of eats for the hours open and added bonus ….sells wine.

It was nice and clean and comfortable. It was in a good location. Staff seemed very nice. Price was pretty good.

Our room was upstairs, l have limited mobility so l should have checked when I booked it that they had a ground floor room, the stairs were a problem for me and my husband. If we go back l will not do that again.

Everything.. Was in a fabulous location with a beautiful cafe attached to it where we ate breakfast & was absolutely yum! The bakery was 2 doors down & The pub was just across the road & down a bit where we had dinner & it was excellent.. The room was big with an attached bedroom for the kids. Was very clean, comfortable & warm

The room was comfortable, clean and well presented. A great location with the wharf area only a short walk away. Staff we very accommodating and provided a microwave on request. Jack’s Cafe attached to the premises was excellent. Great coffee and food.

I loved this place, it was super comfortable and quite a large space - the double bed was quiet all night until the morning traffic and crowd started up, which is perfect. I had a great night sleep.

I know it’s expensive but the carpet could use replacing, it would elevate the room quality to perfect. Also I think the couch in the main room has had its run and it’s time to throw it out.

Clean room with basic amenities. A comfortable bed but being winter and very cold an electric blanket would have been nice. Central to pub and Thai dining around the corner and lovely bakery with great coffee and pastries😊

Having to pay an extra $10 to have a downstairs room as I have mobility issues and use a walking stick.

The location is excellent, amenities are close by from fuel to food outlets. There’s even a restaurant on site. The rooms are clean and well appointed.

Some of the fittings are wearing, a bedside light switch , shower head seal. These are minor and easily fixed.

Good location, staff was polite and friendly

If you have problems with stairs it is 2 levels with not lift. The tv was only 22in and was outdated unable to show high definition channels

Receptionist, Jen, was friendly, helpful and professional. We had a ground floor room and everything we needed was supplied.

Minor things, a little grubby in the bathroom, shower screen floor rail was dirty, top of tiles in toilet covered in grime and drain in kitchen sink (plug hole) needed good scrub. Everything else was clean and tidy.
