Best option in Heviz, this is my 3rd time in this Hotel. Fantastic facilities. Healthy food and drinks. Doctors and SPA specialists are very good. Especially the person at the SPA front desk, she helped us a lot, big thanks to her. Outside pool is like a cherry on a cake 👍

There was construction work in the hotel. This was not informed in advance. During check in, the receptionist was not kind, however I told her that this is my third trip here, Sam hotel, and we traveled with family including little daughter all day. Rooms were available, but she told us to wait till 15:00 and not drink anything in the lobby.

They have done a phenomenal job with the remodelling and extension of the pool area and saunas, I really like it. As always so far, the food was excellent, and the room was clean and well maintained. A big shout out to the reception and the maintenance man, as the minor problems with the radiator and the toilet cistern were both fixed within minutes of the problems being reported. Both evenings with live music were great fun.

Minor point: A wall clock or two would be useful in the relaxation area in the sauna area. Also an extra drinking water dispenser. Bigger point: It would be advisable to have a waitress in the day bar at reception who is able to interact with guests at least in a basic way! At first I thought that the lady was just having a bad day, but later it was obvious that she clearly had a reservation to deal with foreigners, as she had no problems with Hungarian guests.

Clean and comfortable room. Food very tasty and varied. Drinks are included in the meals. Champagne and snacks available throughout the day at no extra charge. Live music in the evening. Close to the lake.

Indoor pool and saunas. Too many people, not enough space. Both too small for comfortable enjoyment.

This is an excellent four star hotel, so there is no luxury, but everything was perfect. Room functional with comfy bed, cleaned exactly when we wanted. Small, but clean and warm spa area, very good food and lot of cakes, and kind and helpful staff. I have to praise the gentleman with glasses on the reception who helped us with our small problem, waiters and young bartender lady at the bar.

Spa should have some changing rooms, and maybe some more variety of saunas (aromatherapy).

The all inclusive drinks should available in the upstairs bar We don't drink a lot but having to go back down to the restaurant bar was annoying particularly because of poor mobility. Also poor choice of types of alcohol Limited toilets available

We got a very good deal and decided to try the all inclusive experience. Our stay for the week was very pleasant. Had a room on the top floor with great views and very comfortable bed. Meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) were plentiful and always lots of choice , should satisfy most guests. Afternoon tea was also provided. The property also had pools , spas ,gym , games room , treatments etc available , we did not use as spent most days on Lake Heviz. Plenty to keep guests busy on site. Children were also well provided for.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room and the whole hotel were clean. The spa section is great there are more pools with different water temperatures and a nice sauna section.

Parking was a trouble there was no free parking space and we were supposed to leave the car in the middle of the street until checking in. The food was below average. I told them in advance that I am vegan and there was not much option for me I had rice and potato the whole time. I do not understand why the spa section is closed for an hour in the middle of the day. It would be nice if they can keep it open. The fitness center is in a different building and is quite outdated. It was not convenient. There is some construction work going on and sections of the hotel is closed.

Very good place for a self retreat with a full pension, where there is rich choice of food with delisious desserts and plentiful cheeses, a number of water relaxing facilities and treatements, entertainment in the form of gaming tables and live music, guided sport programs. I wish there were even more sport activities and maybe other group activities for people to meet, spend time together in discussions, team-work, playing, etc, as this hotel really creates a feeling for a long stay, but would require a bigger itenerary. The food is more of a canteen quality, often overcooked and in general the menu doesn't seem to correspond a healthy style, like it would be appropriate for a hotel with health care. The bathing facilities are of the old style, and in some basins (inside jacuzzi) there are traces of black dirt at the tiles, which are not cleaned and go off with fingers touch.

Fresh air from the trees, swimming pool with warm water, very comfy beds, the products from the restaurant are all of good quality, fitness room with new equipment, gaming room where you can get a lot of fun, very close to the thermal lake of Hévíz,etc.

You don’t have a balcony, but you can handle to dry your clothes on the handrail from the front of your window. If you don’t put the sign in front of the door for cleaning, they only take the trash from the room and change the towels that are on the floor.

Extremely nice location near down town, lake, forest. Very polite staff, once my car could not start on by leaving, emergency service was immediately called and problem fixed. The pools are excellent. I was on my vacation with my dog and found our stay very nice. Very recommended for travel with dog. Food was excellent and coffee was available almost all day around. It was second time to visit Ensana and for sure I will come again.

Elevators for guests did not work for a while, but one could use separate elevators for staff. Two days it was very noisy during day time due to renovation of some rooms (drilling all the day). Steam sauna was not clean and off of function.
