It was close to pool area - we could listen to music from our patio. Very quiet over night. Comfortable bed, good blinds/curtains to block out light in morning.

Poor internet. Pool area not patrolled. I don't mean a lifeguard. There's signs on the gates - no glass in pool area, always adults sitting on edge of pool with glasses. No running - bombing - kids constantly running and bombing into pool. No dogs - a dog was in pool area for about 3 hours one evening while family had dinner. It was tied up to fence on inside and small children were running up to her and whacking her. I went to dog to comfort her as she was clearly distressed and confused. She was a good natured dog and didn't hurt anyone. But come on staff - No dogs, the people who were not staying there, should've been turned away when they arrived with a dog. What's the point in rules?

The check-in and check-out were effortless. The directions provided by the staff on how to access the property and my room were easy to follow. I was able to park right outside my room, which was very convenient. The room had all the facilities I needed for my stay. It was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. The only problem I encountered was of my own doing. I forgot to turn on the outside light when I went out, so it was a little tricky getting the key in the front door in the dark.

Convenient location. Surprisingly quiet given the amount of guests. Fantastic camp kitchen. Guest laundry convenient and clean. Staff extremely helpful, particularly with accommodating a change of cabin. Then, due to medical commitments, we had to leave earlier that we had booked for - staff more than helpful at what was a stressful time. We look forward to our next stay.

Nothing that I could really fault. Facilities and restaurant in keeping with the site.

A wedding was held and the music was extremely loud until midnight. Prior notice that there was an event and a discounted rate for that night would have been favourable

The grounds are very well maintained to portray a colonial, tropical setting. The sites are grassy and large providing plenty of space for larger gigs. There is a variety of accommodation option to suit every budget.

Stayed for New Years - enjoyed the music and the pool, nice simple clean room, meals were good, kids loved the jumping pillow.

Slow service at bar, some staff weren't in the best mood, poor monitoring of pool area (glass being taken into pool, kids behaving badly with no parents/staff intervention etc).

Cabin was perfect. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a generous vanity for us to spread our toiletries out. . Bar/bistro was terrific. Meals at bistro were delicious and plenty of choices. Close to public transport into CBD.

The new facilities are amazing. If you just want to kick back and not worry then everything is there for you to do that.

It would have been good for the cabins to have their own ironing board and iron. I understand the why of not but we werent camping.

This is great accommodation. Very clean, the pools, BBQs, community rooms, laundries, reception staff, bar area makes it all very relaxing. It's all at your finger tips. We stayed in a Studio. Highly recommend.

It's not within walking distance to your general stores. There is a service station next door though.

The staff were lovely. The room included everything a person could need. Beautiful setting, great entertainment, and friendly people.

The sink was too shallow to be practical. It made washing dishes, filling the kettle/water jug/water bottle, quite awkward.
