Very centrally located.. Staff very well mannered and supportive.. The shower was very fancy :)

The place is toooo central.. In the old part of the town where access by car is restricted during certain periods of the day.. Not great if one has to drag luggage to the end of the exclusion zone if need to fly out during a restricted hour. Lift could do with an upgrade as is terribly slow... Also we ended in the attic room which meant there was a very very small window for any light to come in...Not a bad thing for an overnight stay.

The staff. I cant remember the last time I ran into such an amazing receptionists. The lady was extremely kind, answered all of our questions, gave us recommendations. In fact we got lucky and we got a superior room free of charge (we had booked a standard one). The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is great too, everything is close. Train station js like 400 m away. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was exceptional, we were very satisfied with everything. I want to also highlight the house keeping staff, I have never met such a nice person ever. breakfast is good as well, very nice location - everything is close and reachable.

we were 3 of friends and one of us has to sleep in a very small bed which I would not call a proper 90 cm bed. other than that everything was fine

Very central location surrounded by restaurants and friendly and helpful staff! I had to change my reservation last minute due to flight change and they were able to transfer my reservation to a later date.

I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room. Driving and parking in the restricted zone can be tricky, but staff was able to provide directions and reserve parking near the hotel.

Location is great. I needed a quiet place to work and have access to downtown sites in walking distance, and this place fit the bill.

For a hotel of this ranking, plastic cups in the room is not acceptable. The staff were confused when I asked for ice. Also, the reception is not staffed most of the day. The breakfast is OK but lacking in fresh fruit.

For the breakfast room you have to go out and go to the restaurant part of the building wich is not a terrible thing but not a great one aswell. Few choices for breakfast like boiled eggs, some cheese, some meat, yougourt, pastries and some fruits. The coffee is very good. Overall the breakfast was ok

everything was great but for two things: - despite the description, there is basically NO parking at the hotel. Location nearby could mean no empty parking spot at all. Also nearby can easily mean 7 min by car or 10 min walk incl.over a very busy crossing. - cleanliness of towels was not 100%

We have really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in the centre and it was very easy to walk everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ariana and Stefania. They made sure we had everything we needed. Stefania even prepared a packed breakfast for us when we went for a day trip to Olbia and had to leave very early which was very thoughtful!

The breakfast was ok. I think having some fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) on the menu would have made it even better. The croissants were delicious though.

the reception who greeted me was fantastic (sorry i didnt get her name), so so kind, patient and helpful. The location was ideal for me, less than 5min walk to the bus (down hill with my large suitcase)

All was great, but be careful not to overpack (like me) because you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

Great location, right in the middle of restaurant streets with good connections (public transport) to the beach.

The room we stayed in had scuffed walls and the shower had no doors, instead it had shower curtain which is unhygienic.
