Affordable price,great location, Firstly this budget hotel is the best ever hotel I stay around Malaysia. The facilities are great which includes Laundry bag.. Mostly budget doesn't gives U until this extend of service. Plus nearby with restaurant, pharmacy,mall,cafes n etc. They even provide simple bfast, and once again not all budget hotel can do this.. So fast this the best hotel I stay with full comfort. I will come back again. Thanks to the management to provide such needs and services for consumer.

Like the place of this hotel which is strategically located. Next to the main road. Being grateful because they give a good twin bedroom on my last minute booking with "yearly" bedroom number "2009". Surprisingly the building is quite "long" like a "train" =). The bedroom has tea/coffee sachets, 2 bottles of water , 2 glasses and small bottles of soap gel/conditioner shampoo. It has reading lamp beside each beds. The bathroom is clean. The price includes breakfast (from 7am~10am)

The maps in booking.com are not matched with the hotel exact address. The bedroom main lights colour are "romantic" warm white. The buffet breakfast were little "cold", not much varieties since I came late to the cafeteria around 9am. Suggesting the hotel provide hot/cold drink vending machines inside cafeteria. Overall is fine.

Was able to check in late at about 10pm. When we checked in, there was a sign saying NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE but thank GOD we booked. Room was simple. No windows for us. But it was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. The bed was just nice. The only complaint is that the PILLOW was SO HARD. Breakfast was simple local Nasi Lemak and Roti Canai style with sweet kopi and teh. But even the dining area was Clean and Tidy. No issue for the limited choices as the hotel was in the middle of town with many eating places.

The hotel is just a walking distance to a mall and shops. Easier to find halal outlets as there are variety of restaurants for us to choose: local to western varieties.

The housekeeping didn't check on the box of tissue used by the previous customer staying in the room. The tissue in the box was in a condition which really showing it was "100% not clean to be used".

very good value for money. the location is extremely central with a lot of good food options right at your doorstep. the room was very clean with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay! this is my go-to place whenever I'm in desaru for a weekend trip. parking is also right in front of the property.

the rooms are small and just enough. so don't expect any luxuries or views. the value for money makes up for this.

Breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Strategic location and all facilities are close to the accommodation. Very recommend for other customers.

Install bird traps on windows to prevent birds from sitting there and making noise. Clean the bird excrement in the outdoor air conditioner because it causes an unpleasant smell for customer.

They provide a kettle, iron board, hair dryer, free tea and coffee and morning breakfast (nasi lemak, nasi goreng, breads). It's a good value for the money.

I like everything. Just a little suggestion on the morning breakfast, if the hotel could provide our Malaysian signature drink - Teh Tarik, then it would have been perfect.

Rm88 for comfortable and clean bed, private toilet, tv, AC, and with breakfast. Couldnt complain of anything. Also some plus points for putting up a piece of artwork in each room, the art is made by students of sekolah pendidikan khas. Really decent.

The first impression in Malaysia was a best impression. This is my second time to a same location in this huge malaysia.
