Charming hotel surrounded by skyscrapers and less attractive streets. Location is great, a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the city center and other attractions such as the great Städler Museum. Particularly convenient for the opera. Great service and staff, lovely decoration, permanent complementary lemon water, cookies, coffee and other goodies at reception and in the living room. Room was small but cozy, comfortable and elegant. The was an ironing board and hairdryer in the room.

Small things: the coffee machine did not work. I would welcome a hold for the handshower so you can use it instead of the Italian shower when you do not want to het your hair wet. For some reason I had no wi-fi at all (not even mobile data) although I was connected to the hotel's wifi.

the music in the bar was not fitting the level if the hotel guests, too noisy & not in keeping w the overall image of the establishment wardrobe in rooms a little too small no porter service makes luggage a challenge for longer stays

Excellent location and good support for keeping luggage while waiting for room preparation and till flight. Good system for room temperature managing. Very good room, comfortable and clean.

At arrival, received info that hotel make reservation at your credit card for 50 Eur per day, no matter are you interested to use some services or not. Since I stay for 4 days, 200 Eur was blocked from my card and then after payment I had to wait several days for deblocking, since deblocking was not immediate after payment. So, if you want to stay e.g. 10 days you have to assure reservation for 500 Eur. This information should be available at the hotel site or at the booking note. I travel a lot and it is very unusual request (for me it is the first time that some hotel requested something like that) so should be noted for travelers who plan to stay for a longer period. It is the matter of principle and clear transparency of hotel offer and requirements.

Location is good, near restaurants and sightseeing. Staff was helpful and breakfast a reasonable value. Had a nice meal in the restaurant the last night--excellent food and staff picked out a nice German wine. Convenient to main train station. Bit of a crazy area as it was around the football tournament, but the street was relatively quiet. Nice bar.

Hotel seems to cater to a lot of business people which is often a plus, but staff sometimes felt a bit distracted (assuming maybe you don't need as much help getting accustomed to the area). Not a real negative. Something very wrong with the Lavazza coffee maker in the room. Cups too small for the size picked and made actually very bad coffee (and we'd been drinking a lot of coffee everywhere, this just was not good).

Free coffee and drinks was very generous and much appreciated. Also the shoe horn came in handy 👀. Shower was great and very roomy. Bed was an actual double bed and not two single beds which is apparently rare in your country, me like.😩😩😀 (Me after this stay)

Druggies and homeless people and prostitutes lurking around and being creepy. Very unnerving, made us go to bed at 8pm which is rather early. But we got to build Lego so that was good 😎🇸🇪🪠

The location, the room and the restaurant.

The front desk seems to be occupied with the computer, and doesn’t care much about customers. On one occasion I asked for another bottle of water for the night. To my surprise, the front desk lady told me that she would bring it to my room. After 45 minutes, I got back to the front desk, the lady was gone. The gentleman went to the room behind his back, and brought the water. Also, WiFi and the phone connection is just horrible. I can’t believe that there’s no reliable internet in the hotel.

Beautiful property with a really nice fitness and sauna area. Every detail of decor is top notch. Two nice restaurants attached to the hotel as well.

The WiFi at this property was basically non-existent (as you’ve heard from other reviews. It cut out and didn’t work for half of my stay. The location is also a bit dodgey so I wouldn’t go wandering at night.

The room was beautifully decorated and well laid out with plenty of space. It was one of the nicest bathrooms in a hotel I've had in a while. There's clearly a lot of effort made with lovely design touches in the lobby seating area and downstairs bar as well as throughout the hotel.

While it was a lovely stay, given the nature of the building, it was quite an odd layout getting to different parts of the hotel, which I don't think would suit someone less mobility.

The breakfast was great, literally anything you might normally have for breakfast you could get here. The staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and looked lovely. It's in a good area, close to the Hauptbahnhof and other U-Bahn/S-Bahn stations. There are lots of amenities and options for food and drink around.

I'm not sure why this was at all, but for some reason my toilet flushed by itself every night at just past midnight. It's in a very convenient location, but as in all cities, the area around the hauptbahnhof isn't always the best. Especially if you are a woman travelling by yourself and need to be out later at night frequently.

We visited Frankfurt to see the Christmas markets. The hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping, sightseeing, near the river for long walks. Just perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was finished to a real high quality, it was modern but cozy. The spa area was a nice way to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing. Breakfast, one word delicious The staff were so friendly and helpful. So kind to us and other customers at breakfast. We’ll be back

The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor but that an easy fix with a new door seal.
