Quaint little hotel, comfortable, great location in the old town, but the absolute highlight was all about the staff and in particular Epappadee (excuse the non Greek spelling). This young lady, picked us up at the very hot and busy ferry terminal, checked us in, served us a welcome drink, saw us to our room, gave us superb beach and restaurant suggestions. All with a smile and politeness which was totally charming, whilst working 8am to Midnight. Always happy and engaging, nothing was too much trouble. A rare quality which is very special in our extensive travels. Best of luck in your career Epappadee 🙏

Wonderful hotel! The staff was amazing- especially Anastasia! She went above and beyond in accommodations, recommendations, and overall service. The rest of the staff were so friendly and really ensured that everything was taken care of. The breakfast included was delicious. The location of this hotel was great too. You are right in the center of old town. The best part is that when you go to your room, you do not hear the commotion from the streets. We could not recommend this hotel enough!

The only downside was the size of the rooms. It is basically one bedroom- the shower is right next to the bed. It was not a big issue for us as we were out of our room most of the time. Just a heads up though in case that is something you look for in a hotel room!

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Stone Rooms and the room itself is compact with the space used efficiently. The space itself is decor is very boujee with a welcoming feeling. The terrace outside is an amazing space to relax in the evening with a glass of wine or have your breakfast. I will add that the breakfast choices are fantastic. A special mention to all of the staff who are extremely accommodating. A car rental was arranged at our request, you are also transported to the car rental place itself. A transfer to the airport was also organised. They’re also all exceptionally friendly and always smiling.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town. A lovely clean boutique hotel with a lovely breakfast. The room was cute and very pleasant looking however a little too small for us. The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. Especially the bright and cheerful and extremely helpful Anastasia.

The verandah faced a brick wall and the staircase so all guests would come up the staircase and see us first thing so we didn’t feel we had much privacy therefore we aimed to stay inside most of the time while staying in. Also a very small basin and sink outside the toilet. Which was too small for our needs.

Hotel reception were in communication in the run up to arriving (we were island hopping) including being picked-up from the ferry port by the hotel reception staff in an electric buggy; great if struggling with luggage or if you struggle to walk on the cobbled alleyways and paths. Also great because the staff talked to us about the history whilst riding into the old town.

Nothing to honestly dislike; except the building did have some very very minor height restrictions, due it it being part of the old town building / castle and also being designated a Unesco World Heritage site, but the hotel even asked how tall the guests were, so we knew of the arched ceiling heights, and my tall husband was forewarned (6ft 3inch and he was ok) so was not a problem because the hotel and building was so beautiful.

The location was excellent, staff really friendly and the room had everything - toiletries included ear plugs, shaver, sewing kit, toothpaste, toothbrush, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, loafer which was stocked up everyday. They even provided beach towels!

We had a suite but this did not have any outside terrace or balcony. The outside space for the suites was on the roof terrace which was very basic with just a few sun beds on. No table and chairs or sunshade so unfortunately was not used at all by us or any other guests whilst we were there. Would have been lovely if it had a bar and seating.

Although the hotel is in the middle of the Old City, you could hardly hear the street noise. It is located in the pedestrian zone. We booked the Kamiros suite, which was very spacious. The hotel is many centuries old and it has been tastefully adapted. Is a mix of rustic environment with modern decoration. There is no elevator to get to the room and some stairs to get to the room. The staff helped with the luggage. Ilias was a super star assisting with every small detail, from picking us up at the gate, renting a car, restaurant recommendation. We had a great stay!

The room has a modern mechanism to turn the lights on and off, and we had to call for someone to show us how it worked.

The staff were great, very nice and helpful. They helped us rent a car and also drove us to the taxi rank so we could get a fixed priced ride to the airport (27€ for a taxi from/to the airport). The room was clean, shower was good, breakfast was good. Nice entrance to the room with a bench and table where you can sit outside when the weather is good. Location is super central in oldtown with walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

The room is very small. The door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way which was uncomfortable. There is almost no space to put stuff near the sink. The A/C was set on heating and they couldn’t change it without a technician that will set it only on cooling. Our stay was on some hot and sunny days so we had to keep the window open if we wanted to be in the room during the day and also on some nights.

We stayed in a Deluxe double room, and it was small, very clean and with everything we needed. Airccon wasn’t quite working properly but it’s off season and wasn’t too hot. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were amazing (the Greek yogurt and honey is unlike anything I’ve had before) and we had a great dinner there too. Location is in the centre of the old town but on a quieter street. Nothing is more than a few minutes walk. We slept really well in the room, very comfortable and quiet. The star of the show is their wine cellar. We did a wine tasting and had different wines in the bar, all very good and the staff very knowledgeable (the waiter at dinner suggested my wife choose a different wine based on her choice of food, to balance acidity!). Great service.

It is very centrally located in the heart of Old Town. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly and extremely polite and accommodating; they made our stay very warm and welcome! The room was very clean and was maintained that way throughout our stay. They accommodated a wine tasting outside their normal hours for us due to the excursions we had booked and were all around amazing! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious!

The room of the hotel is on the smaller side as it is a historical building.
