Clean, classy, free airport shuttle. Thankful receptionist told me how Lyft/Uber are faster and cheaper to cruise port than the $20 shuttle which I gladly avoided

I thought it was a little overpriced and did not even include little breakfast. Also I accidentally went to two other Marriotts first and walked up to their check in desk because I couldn’t find this specific one

We missed breakfast, checking in was pleasant, the room was clean.

The first shuttle driver pulled up, we walked over to the van waiting for him to park and instead he took off. I requested a slightly later checkout so we could have lunch before leaving it was 11:00am, the young lady at the front desk flatly said no because I’m not a member using a harsh tone. I am a previous Bonvoy member and had considered renewing however based on this experience I have reconsidered.

The location was Great ! close to so many shops and restaurants, also close to Port Everglades where we had to go to get on our cruise ship...the restaurant served us a delicious breakfast before we left to get on the cruise...all the staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable...we aqlso appreciated that the hotel had a shuttle service to/from the airport

There didn't seem to be a fan in the bathroom

It’s a surprisingly beautiful property with its own small strip mall of restaurants and clothing stores. I was very surprised at the quality of the newly built hotel. The rooms were large and very clean!

I love that the hotel had its own small food and retail community. It had an amazing view of the Hardrock Hotel by the pool. I find that it’s so beautiful that you don’t even need to leave the area unless you want to go to Miami or to Las Olas

We liked the location - we laid down for a spell then we walked out and around the corner to get a bite. The location is in a town center with multiple restaurants, bowling, various shops and even a comedy spot. We also appreciated the free shuttle to FLL airport, the driver got us the within 20 mins.

A little confusing during checking - the valet told us that our rooms wont be ready until 2pm and it was like 10:30 am at the time. He told us to leave our bags with him and he'll bring them up around 2pm - but that did not work for us because my wife wanted to change her clothes. So I proceeded to go to the front desk and ask if I could check in and the lady said "YES" and proceeded to check me in. I then went back downstairs and told the valet who looked surprised what the lady said and then he proceeded to load our bags on a luggage cart and brought them to our room.

The location was perfect. Close to the cruise port and airport. Walking distance to shopping and eating.

We ask 6 different people about the shuttle to the airport. We had a flight at 5AM and were concerned about getting to the airport. We were told by 6 different employees the e airport shuttle runs 24/7 no worries be outside at 5 minutes to 3AM and everything will be fine. We were outside at 2:45AM and a gentleman comes out that is also going to the airport and he tells us nope shuttle does not run between 2-4. The front desk called a taxi for him. So off we go to the front desk and yes she tells us No the shuttle does not run between 2-4 and called us a taxi that we had to pay for. We paid extra for the hotel for the free shuttle.

Very clean, great location, convenient airport shuttle. The pool looked amazing but the week we visited was not pool weather. The restaurant food was very good.

Needs more bars to hang towels and more nightstands. It was all odd that the blackout curtains were behind the sheer ones and they got stuck. They were also very limiting with their in room coffee.

The property was new and fresh as seen in the cleanliness of the rooms and modern features. We were also pleased with close location to Port Everglades where we were heading the following day for a ten day cruise. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The place was veryyyyyyyy clean and nice ! We had no complaints . The staff was amazing and very welcoming . I would def stay again and recommend anyone to stay . It gives luxury right in the comfort of your city .

I didn't like how you had to pay $22 every-time you wanted to exit the parking garage . I felt like it was a scam

I enjoyed my stay everything was perfect I used the shuttle service to the hotel from the fort lauderdale airport we had a late flight but the restaurant was still open and the food was amazing! I had the Spanish rice with shrimp and sausage. I can’t say enough and I rarely leave reviews.. I’m very picky so if you are too this is the place to book .. thank me later
