Pro-bed was so comfortable, breakfast wonderful, location unbelievable, salty dog great, clean sheets, big room, lots of towels, secure, pool, easy parking, quiet and close to fun! All staff but one was exceptional, even house keeping. Supervisor on desk on aug 25th very reassuring and helpful. Super kind !! Cons-shower really gross, we were double charged, we are reward members and were approved for an hour early. Morning staff made comments about she didn’t receive my call I wasn’t approved. Questioned me about all of my plans and arrangements. She said I called wrong number, I wasn’t allowed to check in early. THEN charged me an extra $600. Which I am still waiting for cost to drop. Her attitude was rude and bossy and as if I had no idea how to travel. I showed her proof of the calls I made. She was also scolding and raising her voice to staff in kitchen. Like she was the big boss! The kitchen staff did an amazing job and food was super yum!! Everything clean and nice in kitchen. Desk staff for 3 days were amazing and friendly and always said hi The blonde with glasses and pony tail always on her phone!!! Daniel was Amazing! Friendly professional kind funny and gave good suggestions.

We had an awesome experience at this hotel.The location is excellent.Our room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the tasty breakfasts and the polite staff.Moreover, our special thanks to Joann and Krishna, who provided exceptional assistance when we needed to extend our stay. They made the process seamless and were incredibly helpful throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The staff at this location is top-notch. Wonderful environment. Jesse is amazing and very professional. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, and bacon was crisp, and the biscuits were flaky. Still, overall, it's was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast left something to be desired, ie the eggs were all made with cheese. Not everyone like cheese on the eggs. The pancake machine was inoperable.

The front desk gentleman Daniel was friendly, informative and professional. Breakfast was good, had many varieties to choose from. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. There is a FloWater machine near the front desk with unlimited cold, clean and great tasting water.

The rooms could use a little work. There was a hole that seemed to be patched poorly that had cracks and the grout was cracked.

We love staying here when we go to Corpus. My kids love the breakfast, the beds are comfy, and the location is great - right across the road from the beach!

They could definitely use more ice machines. It's a pain getting down to the 1st floor to get ice when there's one elevator. We have a large family, so we are almost always on floor 3 or 4.

The staff was very friendly. welcoming and also very accommodating. The pool was refreshing, and the hottub was very hot and relaxing. Breakfast was very enjoyable!

The room could've been cleaner. There was a lot of dust in the room that activated our allergies. Pool was clean but hottub was a bit dirty. There's no shade in the pool area.

Upgraded my room due to not having it ready. Excellent view of the ocean and beach from balcony. Staff was amazing and kept making sure they were exceeding my expectations, ie food, room, cleanliness.

It would be nice if they had more than one elevator. The ice machines could have a larger opening, so I don't have to use the little bucket. They need to relocate a bird's nest, so the guests aren't harassed by the swooping at our heads.

The staff was dealing with flooding coming in the lobby and they worked together and yet still took care of the customers with the same smile and helpful attitude. I was very impressed by all of them

The blinds in my room wouldn't shut all the way so the light from the parking light kept me awake for most.of the night.

Breakfast was reasonably good, although limited, which is probably a good thing. As Americans we tend to eat too much anyway and then waste a lot by leaving food on our plates. Daytime staff was also very accommodating and friendly.

Thought we had a king size and a queen size bed for 3 people but ended up with a king size and a couch bed. I could be wrong though, so don't blame the hotel. I might have misread the room description. Also, the photos seem to show the hotel on the beach, which it was not. It was across the street from the Wyndham Hotel which was on the beach. Did have beach access, though, by walking across the street and through the Wyndam Hotel parking lot.

The best part of the property was definitely the hospitality, friendliness, and excellent customer service provided by the front desk staff on every shift! They were all great! The location is what made me book here, but I will be coming back! Oh yeah the breakfast was the bomb’
