This was a nice hotel; It had recently come under new management, and some facilities were worn. When we arrived the elevator was not working, but we were able to secure a ground floor room. The breakfast was good, and the staff were all long time employees and friendly and helpful.

The Spa was out of commission, as was the elevator. In our room, the lights in the bath were not working, but when we brought it to our attention, the facilities manager quickly repaired the light. Our room had no smoke detector, and the bath smelled of cigarettes.

Best of all was my room was placed far away from the hordes of squealing rugrats. My room was clean but did not reek of strong bleach or cleaning smells. I have COPD so I cannot tolerate strong chemical smells. My bed was very comfortable and the room thermostat on the AC unit worked great in keeping my room cool. The free breakfast was great but there was not enough food after the seven day locusts of kids hit. Those kids swarmed everything edible and the kitchen cook simply could not keep up. But the food I did have was very good.

I didn't like that the small swimming pool was taken over by a horde of screaming kids. There were 6 adults and 14 kids in that tiny swimming pool making for very cloudy water of a greenish hue. YUCK! Kids were running up and down the pool area and squealing unabated. There was zero adult discipline. I was not interested in swimming but my sister was and she had asked me to check it out for cleanliness. I reported back to her that the swimming pool got a failing grade of F. Breakfast was good but sparse because of this same horde of kids that hit the breakfast bar. Seems like the staff was ill prepared to deal with this large contingent of guests.

I love the fact they have a 24 hr pool and hot tub all year round

Check in was a little rough they tried to charge me a second time saying there was no card on file so they denied us a room until I called booking. Com like the front desk had me do then there is also a 150 dollar deposit you get back but it's not listened when your booking stay I thankfully had it

The check in was quick, no hassles, the room as quiet and clean, and there was an indoor pool. The location was easy to access.

I have no complaints. The overall experience was quite nice. I would definitely go back.

Stayed night before in BW, tyler, dirty, dirty room. Move rooms, a little better. Jacksonville was excellent.. clean, clean, wonderful .

The location was great, right on the way. The room was beautiful and spacious.

The shower curtain rod was barely attached on one end. The beds wobbled. Pillows really needed to be replaced.

The breakfast was amazing! My family's favorite was the egg and potato choice. So Delicious!

Everything was okay for me. Maybe a little desinfectant right before our stay but thats just a preference.

.We were given keys to a room that had other occupants in it. Apparently someone switched our rooms but never switched the keys. Had to deal with an angry occupant. That could have ended badly.

Quite and Silence good to sleep , the art concept was great and fine , Keep green .

Jacuzzi and pool was dirty , and room to Hot Please Warning since is not good for health

Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Bedding too firm. Pillows were too small and too soft.
