There would be times you might run out of rooms on first floor but as many that could. ….animals should be on first floor so kids/adults with allergies don’t have to encounter pets on the elevator .

The staff was excellent on all shifts. Made us feel welcome and answered all questions. The evening front desk assistant, Melissa, was exceptionally helpful. She knew why we had come and was comforting knowing the family was grieving. Even our fur babies were happy! Your staff did J'ville proud!

super slow elevator... 😒 For women, the lighting in the bathroom is horrible for application of make-up. You need to supply an additional mirror with lighting.

The parking was amazing it was so easy for me to get in and out. A very calming atmosphere. The staff are as very nice. Very prompt checkin time, cleanliness was great. other than a couple of stains on the carpet here and there.

The pillows were absolutely horrible. I will definitely be bringing my own next time. There were horrible stains on our floor one beside our bed. The bedding was clean but very, very thin everything felt like a sheets; even the blankets.

Love the room they accommodated me well since I was handicapped and I Book the room for 2 days I had to have surgery

What I didn't like is I booked a suite for the 3rd night a day ahead of time because I wasn't feeling good and during the night they gave the sweet away to somebody else so I left I was really disappointed and they didn't even tell me they were sorry just said oh we'll . I Asked for a parking space close to the door But The Flynn truck company made sure they took up all them up , They watch me in a wheelchair get in my van an leave to go to eat and then took my parking space guess they need to get closer to drink there beer's together your staff Cater to these people . We also asked for a wake up call so I wouldn't miss my surgery but the call never came in cause the system was broke so they said Other than that it was a nice hotel

The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so soft, it was wonderful. Took us a little bit to figure out the bedside lights, but in general the whole room was very nice.

The people who are loud in the halls at 6 a.m. lol

I had two reservations back to back. Staff were able to check me out of first reservation and into second without having to change rooms.

Most everything was good. There were no resturants in walking distance but there were resturants in town accessable by vehicle.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the many choices for our dietary needs. Enjoyed the pool and fitness area

More light at the desk in our room. The water temperature to fill the tub wasn't warm enough.

I only book with LaQuinta. No matter where the location, it’s always the same experience. It’s so comfy, fresh, clean and employees are always professional and friendly.

Location was great. Things to do were ok. Weather was cool but not really cold. Breakfast was great and fresh.

Access wasnt bad..just annoying to have to pass the location and circle back as it was on a divided highway.
