Location was great!! Especially coming off the road of traveling, very descent places to eat is near by.. Copelands restaurant is MUCH for brunch and dinner. Very clean/fresh hotel smell. Parking is not to bad to find, they have bistro on the inside, pay for breakfast if not included in your reservation. Overall stay was great! Definitely will be back again!

How small the pool is.

it can be 40 degrees out side and at check in air conditioner is set to low 60s So plan on freezing when entering room Im handicapted the doors are to heavy and don't stay open there's no door break and very difficult for me to get in and out of room Wish they had room service

The staff was so welcoming.The hotel smelled so good the moment the doors opened, the room was nice and clean and the towels oooh honey THE TOWELS !I know they must’ve washed those in the new bath& body works laundry detergent or the new dupe for Baccarat 540 laundry detergent line they smelled so good so fresh so clean & fluffy. Clean towels are a must to me and you guys Aced it

We liked the location

The only problem we had was when we did not like pulling back the curtain to look out of the window and finding flying bugs in our window seal when we returned back to our room #428 from having a wonderful outing with family. When we checked into this room on Friday morning there were no bugs anywhere when we pulled back the curtain. We had to pack up and change to room #328 for the maintenance man to spray the bugs.

I love the courtyard hotels. Clean, beds are comfortable, great amenities, fast elevators and close to everything (including the highway). FIt’s off a main road but it’s secluded and quiet.

No complaints. I do wish all rooms had a balcony option.

Loved the pool . It smelled amazing inside the building !! House keeping lady (didn’t catch her name; black hair with glasses) she was literally the sweetest and very helpful our whole stay !

Wasn’t aware of the $100 incidental fee . Other than that nothing really .

We loved the swt up of the room! The bed actually faced the window which I absolutely loved! The t.v. was to the side on the wall and it was still very comfortable to watch t.v. but waking up to a view is nice! Bed was very comfortable.

There were 5 of us and we had been on the road most of the day. It was a surprise to find a room to accommodate all of us so comfortably.

There wasn’t anything we were unhappy with anything.

Convenience, friendly staff, cleanliness. Dislike the bed and pillows. Bed is very uncomfortable a.d caused back issues, and the pillows are no support either. But other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Looks exactly like the picture . & that bed .. babyyyyy that bed 🙌🏽 it was super comfortable . I want one for my room . The water got super hot which is a plus to me .

Room is a little small . The room had a mold mildew smell when we first arrived .. but overall was really clean . And I wish I had a microwave .
