Good location, large parking, close bus station for bus to ski pists, convenient ski storage room. Fine breakfast. Fair room and bathroom. A fitness room good for a simple training.

Hard communication in English on reception. The receptionist said that it is cheaper to buy skipasses at the hotel so we did, but we later learned that is was more expensive in hotel than if bought skipasses on pists or online. He later said that he will check to give us a refund, but we never got it. Also, our friends paid their room much more through direct hotel webpage than what we paid through booking, although we reserved at the same time. We had same rooms and ours had a balcony in addition, which they did not have. We would return to this hotel, but would be careful when booking and buying any additionals such as skipasses or similar.

The breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. Good quality, but not varied enough for a vegetarian diet, for example. Very good location, easy to get to. We liked the hotel's SPA facilities - very nice and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been more varied, at least for vegetarian options. The room had old furniture, and the sink and shower were stained from long use.

Central place, kind staff, beautiful view from the room to the mountains. Nice facilities including the pool and the gym. Wide selection for breakfast.

The room for 3 could have been a bit bigger, it was also a bit smelly, but generally OK. We visited in colder days, so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue, just let in the fresh mountain air. However, I can understand if people see it as a problem on warm days.

Good, honest 3 stars hotel with a pretty good spa area (the swimming pool is not large, but the sauna and hammam compensate well) - a very nice feature when you travel with kids or in cold days. I also liked that the family rooms have the main bedroom and the space with the bunk beds separated by a door, this is great for children. You also have a well equiped kitchinette. The large outside parking is also welcome.

Location was good, staff really friendly and helpful when it came to my poor French. Nice breakfasts and great views from the car park. Room was a great size, the bathroom doubled up really well as a drying room. The bed was nice and comfy.

The room was cleaned daily. Very good location. Pool and sauna were a great add-on. No in-house restaurant, but very good option accross the street. Fresh pastry and supermarket equally in proximity. Free bus shuttle to the ski lift.

Room was relatively small for a family of 4. The 2 beds for kids were squeezed on the entrance corridor, against the bathroom door. Everytime someone used the bath, the light would come straight in the face of the person using the bed. Not much space left for luggages (which in winter are bigger in size).

I stayed with my family for one night only and we had a great stay. We were welcomed warmly by the reception for the check in, the room had the necessary space for four people, the breakfast in the morning was really good, with any sort of food. The location is also a bonus point. We would stay here again!

Easy parking, comfortable bed, polite desk staff, smart tv, nice shower, spa included in price (basic but nice to have!).

Breakfast only cappuccino from machine and juice was artificial but the rest was good.

Great location! just a few minutes away from the ski-lift and ski equipment shops where we rented our skis. Nice facilities, especially for the price, which was similar to places without these facilities. The staff were really pleasant (which is awesome considering we were in france). There were no issues with noise or anything like that.

There was a bit of a faff getting a room with a double bed and eventually we were upgraded to a suite, but honestly the basic room are much nicer. The suite had the decor of student accommodation.

We booked for one night to avoid half term hassle so arrived in Serre Chevalier a day early. The hotel is well located for the excellent lift shuttle and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The hotel looks like it is part of a public car park. But the interior is far nicer than you initially suspect.
