The bed was super comfy and huge! It was a really hot summer day, but the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping me nice and cool. The internet connection was speedy too – I was able to log in and binge-watch my favorite shows on Netflix and catch up on some awesome YouTube channels without any buffering issues.

The toilet experienced some flushing difficulties, often requiring multiple full flushes to function properly. Additionally, the electric stovetop took a few minutes to heat up, which might not be ideal if you're in a rush and need to cook something like eggs or bacon. You may want to account for the additional heating time when planning meal preparation.

We reach the location at 9.45 and Jacqueline already organised everything for us. The location was excellent being able to walk into town. Even though the rooms were old they were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The kitchenette was poorly equipped. The cutlery was shabby and bits and pieces, so too the cups/mugs for coffee. An old assortment and some chipped. There is a lovely BBQ area to cook, but no trays to put food on or a salad bowl to be able to make a salad. Considering these types of items are so inexpensive to buy, the Kmart brand would do the job, there is loads of room for improvement.

Absolutely loved our stay over night, check in was extremely easy, the room was perfect! Clean, quiet and warm (even with heater on) it had everything we needed! The Shower was the best ever, especially after driving all day! Foxtel was an added bonus for us to watch the footy! Definitely recommend staying at the Sunrise motel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely no complaints

The location was superb. Just across the road from a beautiful Botanic Garden. Jacqueline was very welcoming and not obtrusive, but was on hand if any issues arose. Lovely clean pool and covered bbq area. There was a nearby IGA, and Chemist within walking distance. My friend and I can totally recommend the Chinese Restaurant nearby for dine-in and take-away. Also we enjoyed a couple of meals at the Barooga Hotel. All in all, our week’s stay was wonderful. 10/10.

As soon as I walked into my room, it felt so nice and welcoming. Beautiful surrounds outside too with the pool area and outdoor facilities. Even in the middle of winter, it was a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Barooga. Will definitely be back :-)

Look this place is not new but is well maintained run by great people- large room very comfortable bed- clean -well equipped with small fridge microwave tv ceiling fan plus aircon plus heating great for all season great value- pub within walking distance parking at front door

Large room. ( King ) Great shower. Comfy bed. Quiet location. Courtesy bus to the club. Polite and helpful manager lady. Good wi fi. Plenty of crockery and cutlery.

We had a problem with navigating the TV. Lady came and helped us. Why don't motels have simple to use TV's ?

always a good stay with a comfy couch. Has good water pressure and heating etc great. Has everything one would need. Have stayed a number of times and found price and accommodation hard to beat.

No breakfast supplied, but unnecessary. very close to golf course where I was playing, large main room and comfortable king size bed. For a motel, the microwave was very easy to use and made meal preparation very simple.

I found accessing FOXTEL stations difficult, but I am not very electronically astute, but I was still able to watch standard T.V. The dining room chairs became slightly uncomfortable for me, when sitting on them for extended times as happens during the long Autumn nights at the moment
