Our arrival was several hours earlier than scheduled check in. Management did their best to ready our suite asap. We appreciated their effort greatly as it had been a stressful journey. We are eternally grateful to both management and administrative personal Valerio and Marta for helping us through an extremely difficult situation when my husband became ill. I will never forget how they both extended themselves making our vacation as pleasant as possible, especially since neither of us speak Italian. I highly recommend this apartment complex. They went above and beyond. There is a bus stop nearby and the cost is minimal. Bus tickets can be purchased next door at the Crowne Plaza!

The pool is very nice however maintenance should be stepped up a bit.

Great place to be a little outside the busy city centre, with green surroundings, nice pool, and comfortable rooms with all amenities you might need for a short, or even mid-long stay. the best is care-taker Marta, who was always fast available for any issues and questions. thank you very much for the great hosting!

little idea; maybe an umbrella on the 3 (!!) balconies would help to keep the heat out even better & to make it possible to sit outside during day sun. The rooms are with air-conditioning, but on the side with morning sun, the windows start getting hot really fast.

The apartment was very new and modern. Our contact person, Elena, was very responsive and quick to open the gate for us when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The apartment has olive oil as well as salt and pepper for cooking if you wished and the kitchen counter was all very clean. The toilet was spacious and had a washing machine, laundry rack and heater to dry clothes. We asked Elena for laundry detergent to use because we didn't bring. Though we didn't take pictures because we left early in the morning the condition of the apartment is the same as in the pictures provided.

There was no duvet, just a sheet to cover us, but we opened the window and the breeze was very comfortable at night.

Really great apartment, clean everything you could need was provided(including a washing machine) The pool was a very welcome addition for our stay during the heatwave. The pool was very well maintained and clean and never too busy. The staff were great and gave us a warm welcome and were on hand to to help with anything we needed. The location is great as about a 15 min drive 30 min bus ride from the main tourist areas. All in all it was a really good stay

The only very small negative was that if you want to self cater the supermarket is a bit of a walk away or a bus ride away. This is only a very minor point and not really a negative just something to consider.

Very quiet, very spacious and clean. Lovely green space outdoors. Staff was helpful and responsive despite not always being on site. Breakfast available at hotel next door (crowne plaza) as is a convenient taxi stand and local restaurant. We did not make use of public transport but bus stops on main road.

The building is at the end of a small road off a very busy main road. Once on the main road, paths for pedestrians are very narrow or non- existent so hard to walk for people with limited mobility or young children.

Good location with a close by restaurant near the entrance and has the best pizza we’ve tried in Rome! Very safe facilities with security doors. The washing machine is very essential for a family with young kids.

The balcony is not clean enough to take advantage of. The shower door is not closed properly and sometimes water goes out easily. There’s a slight smell of the sewer when flushing the toilet and goes into the room. There isn’t enough toilet paper for everyone, but you can ask for one extra from the reception.

It was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful, both Valerio and Elena helped to make everything as smooth as possible. They maintained contact via WhatsApp throughout our stay. We were attending a wedding in a remote area and Valario arranged transport for us. I can't say how much I appreciate the staff and all the help they provided. The apartment is part of a shared residence. There is access to a pool. The pool is a 25m pool and has a lifeguard. The apartment was air conditioned, clean, and comfortable and had everything you would need from toilet paper, towels, and even olive oil! The apartment is in easy access to the Vatican City via a short bus ride. From here, you can gain access to all of Rome's tourist sites. I attended with my wife and two children, and we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and our time in Rome. I would come again and 100% recommend. David

Nothing at all

I had a contactless arrival.... the door of the apartment was keyless and check in via the local apartment's website. Thus it was very easy, once I got over my initial trust issues. Everything we needed was in the apartment from washing powder, to toilet rolls. The apartment even had a hairdryer, Iron and Pod Coffee machine....! The overall ambience of the building, and the quality of the apartment fitout was superb! I would highly recommend Marta and Elena who gave me all the attention I needed to enjoy my stay.

There is very little to say that is negative about this apartment experience. The biggest challenge was the location and proximity to a supermarket. Nearest was 1.5km away... ideally I could have used the abundant eScooter / eBike Transport options but I chose to walk! Check in did freak me out a little... The provider was super helpful but I was a little apprehensive to pay as this was being done via a shared link (to facilitate my late arrival!) Ideally this would have been through Booking.com.

The place was nice and clean. ACs were really helpful in keeping the place cool. It has washing machine as well which helped. Lots of resident cats outside in the lawns :). They also had a nice swimming pool.

The location is quite far away from any amenities or city center. The bus service is also not too frequent so had to walk a lot to get basic groceries/food. All the buses take almost an hour to get to the city center from this location which was not ideal.

I stayed at Aurelia Apartments for 2 nights at the end of my trip to Italy. The Apartment was exactly as described , checking in was very easy, communication with Martha the person in charge was great, she send me a full detailed description in advance with self check in which was very smooth,as my flight arrived late in the evening, The following morning she came up to check on me and see if I needed anything, that was really nice . The location is a bit far from the center yet it was very convenient. I had a car and there is a parking on the property which was a huge plus as parking in Rome is very difficult. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. I wish I had stayed longer I had a great time and will definitely stay there again . Highly recommend it .
