Very comfy bed, rooms were quiet, and the bathroom was a good size and had liquid hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner that were all full sized.

The biggest issue I had was the water in the shower. It came out hot and would stay hot for a few minutes then go cold. I didnt have time to rinse my hair before the water was cold. I ended up waiting for the water to heat up again. Also, the shower door was a challenge to open and close. Lastly, we ended up not using any dishes. The dishwasher was full of "clean" dishes that had a white film on it. It was all dried on there as if they had been sitting a while.

The location was great, the room was spacious, and the kitchen facilities included a toaster, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator with freezer (and icemaker!), and was fully stocked with all the items (dishes, cutlery, can opener, and cookware) to prepare a small meal. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

The size of the room and bathroom were great and the bed was comfortable and bedding was nice and everything was clean

We could hear far too much noise from the adjoining room - tv and talking- and when people on the floor above us walked it was loud enough to disturb our sleep

that they had a little convenience store inside the hotel and they had a late check out and really accommodated us while we waited for our truck to get fixed . the staff was so friendly

Staff was amazing. The room was clean and big. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday there and played in the heated indoor pool. Booked one night. After staying the first night, we loved it so much, we booked a second night.

The keys were hit and miss on the exterior doors. Everything else was perfect.

Room was a bigger than most. The bed was very comfortable when most mattresses aren't to our expectations! Hot tub and heated indoor pool were very relaxing. Hotel was full but didn't hear any noise around us at all.... I like that!!!

We arrived early evening where it was still a little hot out. The air was an issue in our room not cooling enough throughout the whole night. When we expressed our issue with the manager upon checkout, he explained several units were being replaced, but was very gracious in rewarding us with a free night for our discomfort. A lot of managers would just explain it was an issue and that they'll note it.... but he went over and above for us, which was greatly appreciated, more than any other hotel chain would have done. Thank you Michael and Candlewood Staff!

The entire stay was great. The hotel was quiet, we couldn't hear any of the other guests.

The water in the shower never got hot. It was tepid at best. And the tub was extremely slick. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

There was nothing I didn't like. When I booked it I had read the review and one did mention a weird smell in the room and yes we experienced the smell but it wasn't good nor bad just a smell.

The little store in the inside of hotel was very convenient and decently priced on the items I got.

The only thing I would say is the hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast

This is the first time staying here , but other family has stayed here in the past . The property and room itself is always maintained and super clean . Room was very spacious with mini kitchen and large bathroom . Beds were AWESOME! Mattresses were very comfortable !
