The lighting at the beds is too bright if one person in bed would like to read before going to sleep when the person in the other bed was ready to go to sleep. We unscrew the light bulb on the one side and put a towel over the lamp shade to dim the light each night. A control for each of the light bulbs and a dimmer switch would be awesome. Otherwise, everything was awesome! I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Thank you for a wonderful say while we gathered with family for dad's 90th birthday!

Room was pretty big and clean. You get good vibes from the hotel reception itself, their presentation and customer handling was excellent. Breakfast was too good as well. Hotel is situated in downtown (or just very close) with plenty of food options around. Its next to highway so we don't have to waste time in finding hotel and we can just resume our onward journey quickly.

Everything was good. Nothing specific which we didn't like. Thought of little more vegetarian options on hot-breakfast section.

My son and I were on a road trip, so the car parking was appreciated. We also liked the room size, comfortable beds, coffee making, fridge and microwave. We liked the view, watching traffic and trains kept my son occupied for hours! We also liked the pool and jacuzzi.

Breakfast was served on paper plates with plastic cutlery.

Huge comfortable room with a view of the mountains. Breakfast and coffee quite good for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Easy access off and on the freeway.

Restaurants and services are right across an overpass from the hotel, but I wish there were some within easy walking distance. The property is rather isolated. This is a minor, minor complaint. Just keeping it honest.

Very clean hotel, good breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon some days, sausage others, sweet rolls, yogurt, bagels, milk, cranberry juice, o.j. and coffee, fruit and cereals.) The lobby is bright and inviting, and extends to the breakfast area providing plenty of tables and seating arrangements. Beyond the Front Desk are items for purchase, ice cream bars, sodas/drinks, and snack foods. Also laundry detergent. Clean and up-to-date washers and dryers on our floor. While we were just off I-25, with the windows closed outside noise was minimal, (louder in the bathroom, weird) and we didn't hear any noise from other occupants of the hotel. Quick access to downtown, Hwy 24 to go West to Manitou or Woodland Park, minutes from downtown, and about 10 minutes (maybe less) to Olympic Training Center. Front Desk people were phenomenal with recommendations and even knowing people's names! Great stay, we hated to leave.

Be sure to watch for people who step blindly into the road in front of vehicles near the hotel.

Nice modern hotel typical of Holiday Inn. Nice big parking lot outside hotel to park your car. Very friendly staff and fact check in. Large comfortable room with everything I needed. The view from my window was the highway but that's fine. Blackout curtains so no light or noise. Nice breakfast included. The walk to downtown is about 15 minutes no problem for me.

The room was amazing. The floor plan was spacious and gave a feel of being at home. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t much to not like. However, during breakfast they did run out of hash browns. Otherwise breakfast was delicious.

Very good accommodations: easy check in (Will was so friendly and offered many good recommendations). The breakfast food was varied and tasty, the rooms/pool area of the hotel was very comfortable and clean.

If I'd been staying there alone, I'm not sure I'd feel safe walking in the neighborhood.

Everything. Housekeeping replaced towels everyday. Great location. Room size was extraordinary.

Only negative was that TV remote seemed to have a mind of its own at times. But, I wasn’t there to watch TV

LOVED the Mountain View room! The place was clean and the staff friendly. My kids loved the pool.

Only a few things. The hot tub was reeeeally hot. The pillows were not comfortable. And if you can’t eat gluten (celiac), the hotel breakfast isn’t for you.
