It was exceptionally clean, the room was big, clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and not busy. The breakfast was yummy. The products i.e lotion, shampoo were high quality. We try different hotels a lot and this is absolutely one of my favorites!!

The TV quality absolutely sucked, very grainy and no option to watch a movie from our phone etc(not smart) the hot tub jets would randomly turn on every 10 mins even when empty, so had to be unplugged. We decided to stay a third night and it was a Monday and was charged $35 more than what I payed the Saturday, Sunday. These are minor things though. No big deal.

Room was awesome, big and clean. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Very very friendly staff.

In general hotels should not be charging a $300 deposit for using debit to pay and only $100 for credit card. That needs to change as most people don't have $300 lying around and bank cards are used like credit cards now. This makes it so people don't want to or aren't able to stay at hotels. I've also been using booking.com for many many years.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was comfortable, and the reception team truly exceeded my expectations. I casually mentioned a concern, and they proactively helped without me even asking. That kind of thoughtful service stood out. We also appreciated the car charging station - very convenient. Breakfast with a beautiful river view was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed the pool as well. Would stay here again!

The room was really nice and the shower felt AMAZING. Front desk staff were nice and the breakfast area had a lot of options to choose from. Haveer and Brenda from the breakfast area were great. They were quick to assist when the apple juice ran out and when my daughter accidentally spilled her cereal. Thank you so much Haveer, Brenda and the entire HIE team.

The only thing that we had an issue with were the beds were very noisy.

The staff is really nice. The rooms are super clean. It's like ~45 minutes to the city center by public transportation, which is quite good. The price is reasonable. A lot of fast foods/shops around. I recommend this property definitely.

I was a bit sad about plastic and paper forks/knives/plates on the breakfast. That's not too ecological. However, it's a small thing. With regular cutlery, I would go with 10 :)

Clean and comfortable.

Pool was closed due to renovations and we booked that hotel for that purpose. They should have found a way to inform guests before booking. Our options when checking in were to “find another hotel” or take a 10% discount, which I accepted.

I was surprised when I walked in, according to the reviews I shouldn't have expected such a nice hotel, but it was lovely. The room was super comfortable, the pool was open and I had a great swim and the next morning we had a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff at the desk and at the breakfast were wonderful and polite.

I liked very comfy beds, good varierty of food for breakfast, water pool and safe parking. Also, personnel at the kitchen were very friendly.

- The room was not super clean. I saw some rice inside air conditioner and hair on the handle of the microwave. Other than that everythin was clean. Also, I wanted a quieter room, but my room was near the road and it was rather noisy. Windows still have a good noise insulation.

Room was clean as well as the bathroom, one thing discovered was under the toilet seat wasn't clean so please remind the cleaners to lift toilets seats for further checks aside everything was up to standard .

Toilet seat need to be lift and check due infection that can be transferred.

The room was very clean. The staff were helpful. Excellent service

I used the whirlpool in my room and found it difficult to turn on the jets. I did not see any options to turn them on. I'm assuming it was just not available to use in my room. It was a nice soak, though. Just unfortunate I couldn't get the jets to work
