Everything! I was greeted on arrival by front of house Raja who was very welcoming. All the staff are great. Check in was a breeze and I was accommodated well. The room was very comfy and spacious, and clean. Great bathroom, and TV are a bonus. The rooftop pool is fab after a long day walking around, and i had a lovely BIG dinner watching sunset. So good. Breakfast was also very nice! I am really happy with my choice, and I recommend this hotel to anyone!! It is also located right next to the bus station and Petra visitor entrance, which is very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right opposite the Petra visitor centre. The staff were very friendly and courteous. A special thanks to Sufian who was so helpful and welcoming . The roof top swimming pool was wonderful, especially after walking the Petra site in the heat. It was also lovely to watch the sunset from the roof top restaurant. And we had a fantastic view from our room over Petra. As for Petra itself, words cannot do it justice! Just amazing!!

We made the right choice by staying at this hotel and enjoying our time there. The hotel was just a stone's throw away from the Petra Visitor Center, making it easy to reach by foot. In our room, we found a complimentary minibar and a comfortable mattress. The room was clean, neat, and modern-looking. It even featured a 55" smart TV (I guess) where we could watch our favourite YouTube channels (just remember to log in first). Despite it being winter at its peak, we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel kept us warm with its automatic temperature control. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of hot and cold food selections. The coffee was also excellent. The hotel provided a private parking space with a valet parking service. The staff was amazing, truly demonstrating the warm hospitality of the Jordanian people. If you have the chance to visit Petra, this hotel should definitely be your choice.

The chef and restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate my wife's vegan diet even though we had not told them in advance. It is certainly worth letting the hotel know in advance if you are vegan. The manager, front desk reception and kitchen worked very well together to make our stay as comfortable as they could. Stunning view from the roof top garden. The location is fantastic for both Petra and the free shuttle bus to little Petra.

Location was excellent, a short less than 5 minute walk to the Petra visitor centre. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices to suit everyone. Dinner buffet was excellent, lots of choices to suit everyone. Buffets we're good value for money. Staff were very helpful, giving us information on best way to visit Petra to suit our party of 4 'older' ladies.

What a wonderfully placed hotel. Conveniently located next to Petra where you’ll find your way to Petra just 2 min to start your journey! It honestly couldn’t get better than this! Even the room decor was quite relaxing. Everyone is helpful. I would highly suggest you stay at the Petra Moon Hotel if you’re visiting area !

- perfectly located right next to the Petra visitor centre and lots of restaurants nearby - clean, spacious room and bathroom - slippers provided in the room - our wonderful allocated driver Abdullah - he followed our itinerary, and took us to some other places we missed. He also took us to local places for food - we had the most fun 5 days with him. Highly recommend, if you’re looking for a private driver please ask for Abdullah!

Great location right by the entrance to Petra. Family room was spacious. Staff were excellent - so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The pool is lovely (and quite deep) with a nice sun deck. The egg station at breakfast really made my kids smile with the Mickey Mouse pancakes.

It’s about 10years since we last stayed at this hotel and I don’t think it’s been updated in that time. It’s looking a bit tired and outdated in parts, eg the bathroom. I’d say it’s due a renovation really. But it’s still comfy and it wouldn’t put me off staying again - just know this is a mid range hotel showing a little age :)

Hard to beat the location, so close to Petra front gate (photo is from roof top and shows museum and front gate area). Rooms are well appointed. We had a family room with three single beds and a king which worked out great for our family of five. Took advantage of the morning breakfast which was great. Egg station was top notch. Front desk check-in was easy and friendly and gave us all the details for our stay. Took advantage of purchasing Petra by night tickets from front desk which was easy but need to remember to have cash as they do not accept credit for this purchase. Overall great stay and would come back here if seeing Petra again.

The pool was quite cold and The jacuzzi does not really get warm. Hotel does not have a liquor license.

Staff super friendly and helpful, only reason I didn’t give it top marks is the bed was very hard (though huge!), could maybe do with a couple of extra pillows in the room too. Lovely little gift pack to take home which was very special. I think they are missing a trick not having a bar there with cold beers. Nice hotel, would stay there again.
