From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our free upgraded room was clean and spacious. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the entrance to Petra just right beside it. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were truly outstanding, and we especially appreciated their prompt responses to our requests. We'd like to express our sincere thanks to Hanadi, Ahmad, and Mohammad, in particular, whose kindness and assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself boasts a restaurant and the renowned Cave Bar. We also appreciated the 20% discount we received for The Basin Restaurant inside Petra. Talking about this beautiful property is my utmost pleasure, I had expectations before I had booked it basis the various reviews on the internet but once I was there, those descriptions took a magical shape. What a beautiful hotel, the location was adjacent to the Petra Archaeological Park Visitor Gate and my room was literally inside it. I was wonderfully surprised when they gave me the room with a super huge balcony overlooking the Stables of the Petra heritage site, I could literally see people transiting and the views of the Wadi Musa and surrounds were just another thing to marvel. All in all one could spend the entire day just in that room/balcony. Everything was just perfect, and I was awestruck. Another amazing thing to mention was the Mystical Cave bar which is so famously gorgeous. Once you have seen the canyons and marvels of Petra, you can relate how much it was a part of that history. Supposedly, it was a tomb converted into a Cave bar. The staff there was just lovely, special thanks to the manager there, Mr. Amer and his colleague Mr. Zead, they so diligently catered to my food preferences and ensured I had one of the best meals in Petra. Being in Petra was such a great experience and the beautiful stays made it all the more memorable. They say some places are just awesome, and everything allures you and this was one such Place. No wonder its one of the Wonders of the world.

What truly set it apart was its breathtaking location and unique architectural style. Built directly into the rocks, the hotel blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and awe-inspiring. One of the highlights was the incredible cave bar—a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Sipping a cocktail in a beautifully designed space carved into the rock felt almost surreal. The ambiance, combined with exceptional service, made it a perfect spot to unwind. Beyond the architecture, the hotel’s location was unbeatable. Whether it was the stunning views, easy access to nearby attractions, or simply the peaceful, almost magical setting, everything about this place felt special. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers both luxury and a truly unique experience, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

The best location in Petra, just at the entrance. What a nice feeling to see our terrace each time we come back from the long walk. Staff are excellent, all very friendly and helpful. We were so happy they upgraded the room when we arrived, it has a big terrace with a nice view of the sunset. Great shower, comfortable bed. Food is amazing, with a lot of varieties. It's recommended to book a half board. The breakfast crew, Amer and the team are so lovely, as well as dinner is always enjoyable. The reception also arranged our trip back to Amman, with the kindest driver taking us on the scenic route.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were amazing from start to finish - I've stayed in 5 star hotels where the service is not half as warm or efficient. On a practical note, you simply cannot beat this location. It's right next to the entrance - much needed on a short trip and/or after a long day hiking! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms cosy and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch there (the local beer is highly recommended).

I loved everything.

Everything in the property was pristine and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They were able to reserve a driver for us ahead of our trip, to take us to and from the airport, and his service was incredible. Would highly recommend as he organized additional tours for us during our stay. Amer greeted us for breakfast each morning and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and that our trip was going as planned. His hospitality was so appreciated, and the kindness we received from everyone at the resort went above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced. The location is unparalleled and the grounds are gorgeous. The views of Petra are incredible, and the Cave Bar is really impressive, where you can have drinks and do hookah in an ancient tomb.

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

The staff is VERY friendly and welcoming! As soon as we reached the hotel, Khalid graciously greeted us at the gate, helped carry in our luggage and made us feel very welcome. The dining team was also magnificent. Amer in particular was great and we had a lovely conversation. The location was perfectly placed right next to the Petra Visitor’s Center so after a day of exploring and being on our feet, the additional steps saved by the proximity really helped! It was also a lovely open space design so getting to our room while looking out to the lit buildings in the hill was a great view.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh, especially they made for us beans dishes that you can taste the authenticity of the true bedouin dish. Also, the coffee inside the hotel restaurant was freshly ground that completed our breakfast. The location is just beside the gate to the archaeoigal sites that after a long day, you just think about how lucky it is to choose this hotel to just come in and rest inside it. I can't forget the Cave. Maybe this time, I did not have the time to enjoy the view from there. However, it is a unique experience to enjoy it. The staff was hospitable and kind, and they are attentive to providing you with the services and support. Special thanks to Mr. Kahled, and Mr. Amer..

Although the experience was something to rememebr, And whatever comment(s) I will make will not reduce the rating nor change my to book with this elegently fine establishment again, I would like to recommend to enhance certain elements on the dinner buffet, enhancements on flavours (Spices). And dishes can be made, more variety of hot food can be added, especially on Jordanian cuisine, Otherwise the experience was Amazing!!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff were incredibly welcoming, starting with the lovely porter and receptionist. The room was gorgeous, the food and atmosphere of the cave bar was excellent and the location right within the visitor centre is unbeatable! We were made to feel completely at home with amazing service at breakfast (and lunch in Petra at the linked Basin restaurant!) from Mohammed and Amer. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Excellent location, if you visit Petra this is the place to stay, just next to the entrance and over the beautiful Cave Bar. Very clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast. Special mention to the girl at the reception desk who made us un upgrade to a chalet and we also received a fruit tray in our room. Also special mention to Sameer who waited us for the breaksfast and even we got late after time breakfast finished, he was so kind to serve us some delicious cakes, orange juice and coffee. I do not think we would have received such detail in Europe... Everything great and we'd definively stay in this hotel again if we go back to Petra.
