The studio was spacious enough for 1 person, probably for a couple too. It was very clean and the owner had it cleaned and restocked with basic amenities when requested. It has a full sized fridge with bottom freezer, an electric kettle that worked really well, microwave and washer/dryer that cleaned my clothes really well. Dryer takes a long time but you have the option of using à clothing dryer rack. You just pull out the top drawer right underneath the microwave. Plenty of closet/wardrobe space and even an enclosed patio. It also comes with a nespresso machine (original size capsules) that comes with two capsules. I loved staying here by myself.

The only downside is that if you want to venture out to Seoul, it’s about 1.5-2 hour subway ride or a costly taxi ride. I had everything I needed in Songdo. It took about 30 minutes to walk to Central Park and malls. There’s a handful of restaurants and shops at the bottom of the building and across the street.

Located close to shops having all essentials (food, drinks, beauty, etc.). Checkin and checkout were very simple. Room was very clean and had the minimum required for a short stay (cutlery/dishes and some basic kitchen utensils, dish soap, clothes detergent, shampoo and other basic toiletries).

A bit far from areas to hangout in songdo or the nice parks, but there are bus and metro connections. In the checkin instructions, it may be good to include some photos showing the entrance as people may get lost in the shopping area on the first 3 floors of the building.

I like the internal decoration, the cleanliness, brightness, the comfort, quietness and the facilities of the studio. I like the location of the apartment which is surrounded by food stores, 24 hours convenient stores, laundry store and walking distance to metro/ subway and express coach/ bus to directly head to international incheon airport. I like the convenience and security of letting me store my luggages after I check- out.

I did not like the way of entering the passcode of the frontal/ entrance door of the building because i do not understand the korean words that i have to enter before keying in the number and enter the building. I also did not like the unclear instruction of where do i dispose recycle trash and general trash.

It has double security - one main entrance and one room password number. The room is spacious. I could place my small luggage wide open ans sit on the floor. Desk, chair and television, induction cooker, kettle, utensils are available. There's a warming function in the toilet and a bidet. Stable adjustable warm and cold water. 150m walk from Songdo Moonlight Festival Park subway station. Walk straight, turn left when you see The November Stay (real estate), go straight, turn left at Daylong instant cafe to residence block A or B. Convinience stores and restaurants downstairs. Quiet neighbourhood. Helpful live chat agent.

Nothing really. The air conditioner is not working but I suppose the weather is already cold during late spring so the system isn't working. There's no need for colder temperatures. I wanted the room temperature to be comfortable so that it isn't too cold. Anyway, it works out fine for me. Location is far away from Incheon city centre but easily accessible by train and bus.

Large space, bright and open, bathroom was large as well, close to station, close to several restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient stores, has washing machine/dryer, communication with staff (as long as within their operating time) was fast and clear

I did enjoy my stay here. There was just one thing. There wasn't clear directions on how to turn on the washing machine. I had to wait until the next day to message staff, which resulted in having to extend my stay. They also said to check the check-in pamphlet, there wasn't any information about it. I didnt get to do much in the area, but looking out the window the area seemed....like a ghost town.

The room that we had offered a great view, was very spacious and had a very comfortable sofa and bed. Overall, the room was also very clean and also felt modern. We've had a big fridge, kitchen equipment was a given, and also the amentities in the bathroom were good and a plenty. Check-In was also very easy and the mobile-reception was responsive (if something was needed). In close walking distance, there is the Subway Station. There are also a few nice restaurants within a walking range of 10 mintues, as well as a couple of cafes and convinience stores.

There was no reception team at the hotel. The reception was organized online - which generally speaking is fine. However, even though you wrote a request in english, you only got answers back in korean.

The location was great. It was a new apartment close to metro with a nice view. The room was very clean. I will stay again when I am back to Incheon.

Studio is very well equiped with most of things you’d need. Access is fairly easy and location is not bad for beijg around Songdo. There are shops and restaurants at ground floor. There’s even an emergency rappel kit!

Not much coffee is provided for Nespresso machine. Didn’t know how to turn up the A/C. There was a loud speaker inside the room that would go off early night with some incomprehensible statement.

It was a self check in, which was a bit confusing, but we got there. There was no staff to be seen, but we didn't have any issues otherwise. The room itself was really modern and quite big, but really cheap, compared to seoul, for obvious reasons. Train is close. Uber to the airport is on the cheaper side too

Didnt really explore around at night but at a glance it doesn't seem to be too much going on.
