Absolutely amazing place, the space, the accommodation and even more the staff! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant from the moment me and my husband. From what started as a disappointing trip became the best thing to happen because it brought us to this place. I most definitely recommend! The breakfast was fresh every morning, we also ate at the restaurant a couple of times and were never disappointed. The room was cleaned everyday and towels replaced at your request. The pool outside is so peaceful and everything you see on the pictures is real! The staff were always very polite and really made you feel comfortable! I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect: clean, modern interior design, agile, friendly, exceptional customer focus, wide range of offers. The breakfast is very well appointed with the local delicatessen , great selection of fresh fruits and a continental selection as well. The pool area is exceptional. You can rent the car, scooters and off-road carts on the premises. There is a well stocked shop at the hotel as well. Cook’s Club is well connected via bus and shuttle services to every corner of the island. They let us check in earlier as we arrived in the morning- and sent us straight to the breakfast :) They also let us check out an hour later so we can use the facilities until the pickup to the airport. The staff at the reception and the lady in charge of the room service are par to none . Excellent value - highly recommend! We will be back!

I loved everything about CC Ialysos and can’t wait to return. It’s also made me want to explore more CCs around the world. The staff were so friendly. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. The food was delicious, including the breakfast buffet, restaurant and at the pool bar. The iced coffee was a real treat every day by the pool and the guys down there are super chilled. Not to mention great mixologists! (Get the Zazu!) I loved the intimacy of CC as it is smaller accommodation vs a big corporate feel you get in other hotels. One of my favourite things being that it is adult only which is very important to me being a solo traveller and not a fan of again, bigger, family hotels with kids running around. This is so chilled. The decor is stunning and my room was always clean. The gym was also a lovely little addition and most of the time I had it to myself! The shuttle in to Rhodes old town was only €8 return and collection/drop off is very frequent, from morning up until quite late! This was a great, unexpected addition along with other trip opportunities via the hotel shuttle however I did not explore them all.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about CC Ialysos however as someone who is already planning on using CC again, a discount on returning with them again or a member/points scheme would be a great idea. The app they have would be a great way to explore this idea.

I recently stayed at Cook’s Club Hotel Ialyssos in Rhodes and had a wonderful experience! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very clean, and the pool area offers a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The fitness studio is also impressive, equipped with everything you need for a full-body workout, including new and modern equipment. I visited during the off-season, just before the hotel closes for the winter, and it was a great time to enjoy some extra peace and quiet. If you're looking for a tranquil stay outside the high season, I highly recommend it. While there isn’t much within walking distance around the hotel, the bus connections to Rhodes Town are excellent, making it easy to explore the island. The airport connection is also very convenient.

Gorgeous hotel! I really can’t fault it! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was unbelievable and drinks were too! Comfy bed, lovely room, amazing pool area. Best hotel i’ve stayed in. My boyfriend and I loved it and we would love to go back or to one of the other cooks club hotels

I am vegan so this is me being super picky, because the lunch and dinner menus for vegan food were amazing! (it is quite difficult abroad at times), but i would have loved a few more options at breakfast. Maybe vegan croissants or some vegan yoghurt, super simple but would have made a difference. Only other thing was taxis into Rhodes were €23 each way and there was no other mode of transport as buses weren’t running

Staff were all lovely and most helpful, everyone from cleaners, receptionists and the car hire company also! The hotel is gorgeous, clean and the decor very modern. I loved that we got robes, slippers & towels for the pool in our room. The afternoon DJ sessions by the pool were great and the shop on site is a brilliant addition. It was also really helpful to be able to order taxis from reception which arrive quickly or alternatively hire a car from reception and collect on site. The yoga class was the best! It felt like home and I can't wait to go back to visit.

The storage baskets in the bathroom are lovely but it would also be helpful to have additional baskets in the bedroom for storage or an additional shelf underneath the sink in the bathroom to allow us to put toiletry bags etc. Gluten free items at breakfast would be helpful as my friend struggled with the selection however the chef kindly prepared a fresh omelette for her each morning.

Lovely hotel not too big with a relaxed atmosphere, mostly younger visitors but didn’t seem to be a party crowd, not in the hotel anyway. Good music around the pool and lovely food at pool bar. Perfect for us as a family with 18 and 20 year old son and daughter.

Only downside was the location in that it was quite a way from anything, didn’t put us off as taxi’s were always available and not too expensive. There are buses but day we took it, very hot and quite a few stops. Taxi Approx 20 Euro to Rhodes old town approx 20/25 mins away.

The hotel was so chic and stylish! It was beautifully clean at all times and the staff were amazing! They were always so helpful and polite, trying to make our stay as brilliant as possible and I must say they achieved just that! Special shout out to Stergos who was always so positive and friendly! Another big shout out to Irene, Evi, Giannis, Michalis and Mr Thanasis! They were all so lovely and wonderful and we would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here! We are at the hotel a lot as we were loving how relaxing it was and we have to give compliments to the chef! Every meal was delicious, we loved the taziki, Seabass and chicken Buddha bowls! We can’t wait to come back next year!
